“99K is one of my go-to spots for Korean fried chicken. The setup is super easy and efficient — everything is self-serve. You order at a kiosk, grab extra plates, utensils, and water from the side station, and they bring the food directly to your table. They also serve a complimentary salad and pickled radish, which pairs perfectly with the fried chicken. We ordered the Rosé tteokbokki (로제 떡볶이), Sweet & Spicy Soy Popcorn Chicken, and Sweet Soy Mayo Popcorn Chicken. The chicken was, as always, absolutely delicious. I’ve come back many times just for the chicken alone, and it never disappoints.

The only letdown was the Rosé tteokbokki. It came in a thin tray with just rice cakes and shredded cheese, and the sauce was pretty watery. To make it worse (and kind of funny), there was a projection of tteokbokki on the wall right next to us that looked amazing — complete with a boiled egg — which felt like a taunt while we were eating. Nonetheless, I’ll definitely keep coming back for the chicken!“

“I recently had this restaurant cater an event and the food was an absolute hit! We ordered the Chicken Biryani, Chicken 65 Biryani, and the Vegetable Biryani, and every single one was flavorful, aromatic, and perfectly cooked.

Even though I ordered plenty of food, the guests loved it so much that they finished every bit and even packed up the remaining leftovers to take home. I had several people pull me aside specifically to ask for the restaurant’s name and info so they could order it themselves.

“City BBQ is by far the best bbq I have ever had….and I have tried them all. They are always consistent and they have numerous and fabulous sides. Their customer service knows how to treat their customers. If they make an occasional mistake, they always make it right, and then some. “Vegan Korean comfort food. Order at kiosk, self serve h2o in double walled stainless steel cups, pick up food when number is called. Or when you see it’s yours waiting for you and you didn’t realize they called your #. The tofu is stupendous, not spicy, served on a sizzling platter with all the ban chan sides. Soy sauce onions were my fave. We also had some sesame noodles that were unique and savory and perfectly squiggly. Best of all were the red bean filled buckwheat pancake dumplings. Clean restaurant with plenty of parking. I left stuffed and satisfied.“

Every item from the kimchi sides to the soup to the dips to the seasoned steak and spicy chicken bulgogi we ordered was absolutely delicious. “Save your money….. conveyor belt oven on pre-made crust, flash frozen sausage like dominos. We were so hoping to have another option for a real NY style pizza. The place is real nice and the staff were all attentive. While eating our pie, the wife and I were discussing the appearance and taste when one of the managers visited the table. It was our first visit and I complemented them on the staff and atmosphere. While chatting, I asked about their ovens. I mentioned that I had been in the pizza business in the past and I recognized that the crust had not been cooked on a hot stone/pizza oven. The manager said yea we use the conveyor chain ovens to keep up with the volume. We then discussed the sausage that was revealed to be flash frozen. Upon further observance and looking at other pies coming out, it appeared that the crust may be pre made as well. We notice no bubbles or irregularities the are usually found while doing hand tossed. Conclusion. Atmosphere and staff are great, but the pies? If you want an inexpensive pie with frozen inexpensive ingredients settle for the dominos pizza and save yourself a good bit of money.“

“Good food, decent portion, attentive staff, the family enjoyed. This place is right next to Assi Plaza. This used to be under a different name, but maybe its a new owner. They have transformed the place, now it looks more spacious without the divider in the middle. I like it better than last. The price is decent as well.“

“My parents in Suwanee were having a small event and I got tasked with bringing wings. Was searching for the “usual suspects” for about 50-75 wings and happened to come across this place via Google Maps. Wings can be hit or miss and this place was a hit. Great quality and great price and also great to-go packaging. Happy to have found it and will be ordering again for future events that need wings. Cheers!

I recently tried the sweet and spicy Almost Famous Chicken and it was very good. The chicken had a nice crunch and the sauce it was covered in was very good. Extensive wine selection, and they make the sushi in sight of the dining room. Very fresh food, and they have some that is cooked, if sushi is not the thing for everyone in your party. My one piece of feedback is this — don’t be condescending to your customers when they have a complaint or a problem. We encountered this tonight (12/23/2023) with the manager on duty when our order was messed up. The burgers were made correctly but plated incorrectly and we received a wrong side item. My boyfriend went to get it figured out because, being our first time there, at first glance we didn’t know what was what, and the manager talked to him like he was a child. He was so condescending and rude. I was raised in and have worked in restaurants. This is absolutely no way to talk to a customer if you want them to come back.“
