“When we are in Buford, our go-to restaurant is the Sugar Hill diner. The Salmon Salad and the fried catfish was very tasty. One in our group ordered the skillet meat breakfast which he truly enjoyed. Casual dining for lunch is appreciated.“

“I've visited The Bowl @ Sugar Hill several times, but this was my first time eating at the Tavern. We were seated immediately. Our server name London was exceptional!! We made it just in time for Happy Hour and had the wings. She recommended the roasted ones and they were absolutely delicious and there was not a long wait for them. London checked on us throughout our time there and was very attentive. She had a great personality and wonderful customer service skills. Make sure you get seated in London's section, she will make your dining experience top tier! I also called the restaurant after the visit to make sure management knows what great service she provided!“

“Food was delicious!! We ordered a Gyro Platter with hummus and Greek salad. I asked the owner to give us the salad instead of rice. We asked for the feta cheese and dressing on the side. He served us the plate exactly as we asked him. The Gyros were hot and cooked to perfection, not burned nor dry meat was very tender and tasty. I also ordered Baba Ghanoush. It was delicious. I told the owner. We enjoyed the food, it's delicious. The staff were very nice polite, attentive and friendly. The place was cleaned. He told us thanks. They were very appreciative and grateful. He told us to please go back. We definitely will go back on Saturday. We recommend this place. I told him, l wish they had a restaurant closer to Flowery Branch. I will go everyday. “We had T&T cater our wedding on June 29th and it was fantastic!! The entire experience, not just the wedding day. It all started with Valentina!! She was so incredible that we didn’t even keep looking. She was our first catering meeting and ended up being the only one we needed. She was THAT good and so was the food!! Valentina showed us great communication skills and was always so happy to chat with us. We got a great deal on the amount of food, service, and drinks. They included bartenders and margarita machines. All of our guests are still talking about how it’s been the best wedding food they’ve had. At the end of the night Valentina packed up a to go box for just my husband and I, and it was exactly what we needed. The T&T staff were so polite and professional, we could not have been more pleased with our choice. 10/10 recommend!!! VALENTINA FO LIFE!“

“We love this place! The menu is thoughtful and purposefully keeps the calorie count limited while not sacrificing flavor. There are also seasonal dishes. Highly recommend the filet, lamb loin and brussel sprouts. The desserts are also delicious (served in a shot glass so you can try more than one!). They also cater to your special occasion in small but very sweet ways. Atmosphere is great, general dinner conversation and not too loud. Service is always impeccable!“

Since it was my time, he made a suggestion. Lamb,tendons, brisket, and a assortment of Chinese vegetables which I cannot pronounce😅Oh my goodness the food was phenomenal!! 🤗And I can't forget about the desserts. Lee's dad brought out these warm sesame balls with chocolate in the middle, and three others. One of which takes 6 or 8 hours to make. So so good,👍 they made us feel like family very warm and inviting restaurant. I suggest going before 7:00 as we were leaving it got quite crowded really fast. “I was with a group of four. Everyone ordered something different. I ordered the fish & chips. I received two pieces of heavily battered & fried white fish. One piece of fish I could barely cut. The other no problem. I probably should have said something to the waitress but I didn’t want to start over. The fries were nothing special. Overall for bar type food it was subpar.

We had boiled peanuts for a starter. They were way overcooked.
