“We had T&T cater our wedding on June 29th and it was fantastic!! The entire experience, not just the wedding day. It all started with Valentina!! She was so incredible that we didn’t even keep looking. She was our first catering meeting and ended up being the only one we needed. She was THAT good and so was the food!! Valentina showed us great communication skills and was always so happy to chat with us. We got a great deal on the amount of food, service, and drinks. They included bartenders and margarita machines. All of our guests are still talking about how it’s been the best wedding food they’ve had. At the end of the night Valentina packed up a to go box for just my husband and I, and it was exactly what we needed. The three of us collectively got five different menu items, and I had at least a bite of them all. I wish that we had a vegan place this tasty and affordable in Bartlett. It was fresh-tasting and didn't taste like fast food, but somehow the workers there did bring it out fast. If the owners or investors want to open a location in here in Bartlett, TN, we would go at least once a week. Believe it or not, there are a significant number of vegans here, because someone obviously is buying all of the mock meats and cheez and other stuff like that in stores here. And the two vegan restaurants I know of in this area are successful, from what I can tell. Without saying anything negative about the two places here, because they are great, I will say that your restaurant would be our favorite of the three!“

“Stopped into Xin’s in Duluth for a quick bite and decided to try one of their lunch combos. Went with the hot and sour soup and kung pao shrimp, and everything was top notch!

The menu had a ton of options I wanted to explore, but being solo and short on time, I figured I would stick with something simple and familiar. Really impressed with how well everything was prepared. The spice was just right and really popped, the vegetables were fresh with crunch and the shrimp and rice the same and made for a fantastic dish.

The hot and sour soup was as expected, and a pot of hot tea really sealed the experience for me. Sometimes a simple lunch tells you a lot about a restaurant, and this one definitely delivered.

“My spot for gopchang no doubt because of their food quality. Besides gopchang, their pork belly is also top notch. They will grill the meat for you so in case you are not sure or unfamiliar with how to make it the best, leave it to them to get the perfect grilled meats 👌 they give the correct banchan and dipping sauce for gopchang and I wont explain further…
