“If you're looking for a casual place near the lake to enjoy a nice marina view, not too loud and crazy, and good food, Fish Tales is a great spot for families, a friend meet up or a casual date. Bonus for families with kids - there's a giant sand box and chairs to watch your kids while enjoying your favorite summer beverage (responsibly, of course.) Although we usually sit at the bar (which is on the small side so if you're looking for a beach bar atmosphere then this is not that vibe.)“

“I’ve never had anything bad here. The breakfast croissant and burrito are amazing. They have the best BLT in the area. Even the sides are excellent. The prices are usually reasonable but for some items I think they charge a little much ($3.50 for apple juice?). The staff are friendly enough to remember your name after a few visits. Ordering is easy with the new order screens. I really like being able to have a quality breakfast early in the morning when the only other option is McDonalds drive through. I’ve only had a few lunch items, the Rueben was quite tasty. Highly recommend even if you have to go out of your way. Sometimes I’ll drive all the way from Cumming just for a sandwich.“

“Baby, when I tell you Vinny’s Little Italy in Flowery Branch understood the assignment… THEY UNDERSTOOD IT. 👏🏼🇮🇹 I started with the Italian-size salad with house dressing, and it was fresh, crisp, and absolutely delicious. Then came the complimentary rolls — fresh, light, airy, and served with a marinara sauce that tastes like somebody’s Italian grandma is back there guarding the recipe. You can TELL that sauce is made from scratch. 🍅🤌🏼 For my entrée, I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo and added blackened chicken. That chicken was cooked to perfection, the Alfredo was rich and flavorful without being too heavy, and everything tasted authentic and fresh. Now let’s talk about these PORTIONS. Honey. 😂 They are HUGE. The person beside me ordered lasagna, and I swear that thing looked about three times the size of what you’d get at Olive Garden. The chicken parmigiana at the table was massive too. I wanted pictures of everybody’s food, but I was trying not to look like the neighborhood investigator. 😂 And Olive Garden, I love you for what you are, but you cannot come over here trying to compete with somebody’s authentic Italian kitchen. Stay in your lane, sweetheart. 😂 The service has been AMAZING. My waitress is attentive, friendly, and genuinely nice. The restaurant is super clean, and the atmosphere? When I tell y’all it is a VIBE… it is a whole VIBE. One of my favorite touches is being able to see into the kitchen through the windows around the prep and cooking area. Everything is clean and beautifully organized, and you can actually watch the chefs back there creating these masterpieces. Fresh food. Fantastic service. Huge portions. Great atmosphere. “Ate there for the first time this morning. Got a BEC biscuit that wasn't huge, but decent sized. It was good, not great. Got a SEC croissant that was average sized and it was good, not great. However, the cinnamon roll was phenomenal. It was still hot by the time I got home to eat it. Very flavorful. Granted, I didn't dine in, I went through the drive-thru. Overall, a solid experience, and I will be back.“

“I saw it advertised on Facebook so I wanted to stop by and see what it’s like. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by Heather and her husband Cristian with friendly smiles welcoming me in and asking what I’d like.

I decided to order the ‘Sweet Plate’ which comes with a whole pancake as big as the plate, your style of choice for the eggs, protein choice and a toast or biscuit. The food was delicious and was well balance. Definitely will get you full and enough energy for the day.

Overall, I’d recommend for anyone to try and will come back not just for the food, but the people which makes it better.“

“Stopped by for dinner last night. Delicious burger cooked to perfection with thick slices of bacon , fried pickles as well as a new house appetizer of empanadas . Had a blast sitting outside and hanging out with friends . Also was shocked at how affordable everything is! One of the few places left where you can order a burger and it comes with fries at no extra cost. Great place to go to after a day at the lake. Will be returning !“

“The hash brown breakfast bowl is my favorite at Waffle House. Members of our church frequently go after the service. Stormy, the best waitress, is attentive and friendly.  Today we split a Cinnamon Crunch waffle. Instead of the waffle with an extra plate,  she split the waffle and dressed each plate into a smiling face. Details matter. This Waffle House #1865 is not the closest, but worth the drive. Thank you Waffle House and Stormy for the hearty meal and laughs.“

“Pizza and sandwiches were great. Had 6 of us there and we left with our bellies full! I personally had the Papa's Beef Sandwich. It's a great twist on the original beef out of Chitown. They bake it with Cheese.(the owner's grandmother made them that way) or so we were told. It was big and definitely beef from the north. The bread was oustanding as well. The offer sweet peppers and even have the hot giardineara that you simply cannot find here in GA. Great service and a nice clean place with sports on about 10 tvs. Authentic Chicago and a cozy place to dine at.“

“The food is usually very good but our meal has way too much salt on them. The reason for the poor rating is that they included a 20% tip in the total. Not realizing this, I also left a separate 20% tip and so our waitress, who wasn’t very pleasant got a $64 tip. Very sneaky shogun. Fool me once and we will not be going back, which is a shame since we’ve been eating there for many years.

Update: My family and I went back as my youngest son wanted it for his birthday. There was a note on the menu that a tip was auto added for parties of 5+ and we are a party of 5. I did not see it during our last visit and so I’d like to humbly apologize for my mistake.“
