“Stopped in at Fishtales for a quick bite to eat before heading to a concert over at Lake Lanier Islands. The food and atmosphere here are always great. The Baja Tacos were good (not really too much heat), and the shrimp and scallop skewers over the cilantro rice were a great special. We highly recommend it.“

“Ate there for the first time this morning. Got a BEC biscuit that wasn't huge, but decent sized. It was good, not great. Got a SEC croissant that was average sized and it was good, not great. However, the cinnamon roll was phenomenal. It was still hot by the time I got home to eat it. Very flavorful. Granted, I didn't dine in, I went through the drive-thru. Overall, a solid experience, and I will be back.“

“My wife and I had lunch at Vinnys today 4/9/2025. This was our second time dinning there and we were very pleased with the food, price and the great service. Our server was Ellie and the service was prompt and friendly. The dishes were picked up the water glasses were refilled and we had a nice conversation on our trips to Europe. What more could you ask for? We will return in the very near future.“

“We went at about 10:30 am on a saturday. I got the sweet breakfast plate and my husband got a steak torta. The breakfast plate was pretty good and was a lot of food. The biscuit was nice and fluffy. I wasn’t a big fan of the coffee but my husband liked it. Now the torta my husband got looked amazing, I didn’t try it but my husband said it was one of the best he has had. The sandwich was big enough that he split it and saved the other half for later. I think next time I would try the chilaquiles!“

“Went here Wednesday evening we got our food to go and the order was not right but the guy who took our order thought my wife ordered a veggie pizza which was the garden salad and he corrected the order he had no attitude which is rare nowadays but needless to say he corrected it very nice to me and my family and the food was good and fresh we will be back at this location I just wanted to write this I don't know if the owner read the reviews but please keep be positive attitude cleanliness at this location I wish I had his name but give him a raise A.S.A.P“

“i’ve been here several times now for different occasions, and this place is one of my favorite hidden gems around! everything i’ve tried has been delicious. my favorite is the first love roll! the staff is always friendly and attentive. i recommend sushi heeya to anyone who asks where to get sushi around here. i also recommend celebrating birthdays here, specifically for the fried cheesecake!!“

The waitress checked on us multiple time to refill our drink. Both of us left satisfied for $50 which is hard to find. 4.6 out of 5. (Wasn't too fond of the queso or marinara) Overall great place to eat.“

“Stopped by for dinner last night. Delicious burger cooked to perfection with thick slices of bacon , fried pickles as well as a new house appetizer of empanadas . Had a blast sitting outside and hanging out with friends . Also was shocked at how affordable everything is! One of the few places left where you can order a burger and it comes with fries at no extra cost. Great place to go to after a day at the lake. Will be returning !“

“The hash brown breakfast bowl is my favorite at Waffle House. Members of our church frequently go after the service. Stormy, the best waitress, is attentive and friendly.  Today we split a Cinnamon Crunch waffle. Instead of the waffle with an extra plate,  she split the waffle and dressed each plate into a smiling face. Details matter. This Waffle House #1865 is not the closest, but worth the drive. Thank you Waffle House and Stormy for the hearty meal and laughs.“

“Pizza and sandwiches were great. Had 6 of us there and we left with our bellies full! I personally had the Papa's Beef Sandwich. It's a great twist on the original beef out of Chitown. They bake it with Cheese.(the owner's grandmother made them that way) or so we were told. It was big and definitely beef from the north. The bread was oustanding as well. The offer sweet peppers and even have the hot giardineara that you simply cannot find here in GA. Great service and a nice clean place with sports on about 10 tvs. Authentic Chicago and a cozy place to dine at.“

“The food is usually very good but our meal has way too much salt on them. The reason for the poor rating is that they included a 20% tip in the total. Not realizing this, I also left a separate 20% tip and so our waitress, who wasn’t very pleasant got a $64 tip. Very sneaky shogun. Fool me once and we will not be going back, which is a shame since we’ve been eating there for many years.

Update: My family and I went back as my youngest son wanted it for his birthday. There was a note on the menu that a tip was auto added for parties of 5+ and we are a party of 5. I did not see it during our last visit and so I’d like to humbly apologize for my mistake.“
