“Visited Mon. 8/19/24 @ Approx 11:45am & Had Brittany, Who Was FANTASTIC!! Very Friendly, Efficient & Professional. Did AWESOME!! Food Was Hot, Fresh & Delicious. Restaurant Was Clean Inside & Outside, Along W/The Restrooms.

“We know Waffle House food is generic BUT Phyllis puts “her foot” in the dishes she makes. You can tell that she cares about the food she creates and how her creations are presented. And Stormy (hostess) so intentionally courteous and attentive simply because that is who she is. The infectious care is also apparent in Dominique as I see her interacting with her customers. These ladies are the essence of what customer service is about and you are all appreciated.

“It's a Waffle House - clean, nice staff and the food quality one would expect from WH. But, this location will not take an order by phone for p/u when it's ready. You have to go there, order and wait. It's more of a minor inconvenience (w/o an obvious reason) than anything else, though.“

“Busy place! Super friendly staff all around. At least 5 employees interacted with me. I didn't experience a wait but it would be well worth it.

Food was delicious. Bacon bisquit & loaded moon dusted potatoes.

“GREAT BISCUIT! I LOVE their chicken egg and cheese biscuits! I don't eat there much do to the fact that I'm not out In the area much, but on the few occasions that I've had their breakfast it has been DELICIOUS EVERY TIME! I highly recommend giving it a chance if you happen to be in the area.“

My Waitress left (abandoned me) without offering refills or checking on me as well. Service was definitely under par today ?. I almost walked out just because of the poor food and lack of customer service. I drove 80 miles to get here, too ?. They were not even busy....no reason to provide such a low standard today“

No matter what, I'm always greeted and given the best service. my most recent time here, there was a young guy training on the grill and he wasnt too quick. It was busy and he and the server were getting stressed out but! Giving him a chance everyones food ended up being fantastic :) it was probably one of the best hashbrown bowls i've ever had.“

“IHOP is not a please where service and professionalism to be of a high standard these days. Although I only had a brief time to see few of the staff interact with each other and customers this morning, they were professional and prompt with most staff being very responsive and using “sir and ma’am”. I am glad the stand of service I grew up with is still alive at this IHOP.“

“The food was pretty good here but my partners waffle came out different than it usually does. Smaller and not enough batter perhaps?

However, we didn’t mind as evidenced by our 5 star review because of Alyssa our waitress! She was phenomenal and it was so refreshing to see someone work with a smile on her face throughout the entire meal along with her incredible work ethic. If I was still in service industry, I’d take her to my manager to give her a job on the spot. She was truly incredible and made our meal great. Constantly refilling our drinks, interacting with everyone, and even offered to hold my TOGO waffle behind the counter for me. She goes the extra mile and I hope nothing but success for this young woman! This location is truly lucky to have her, she deserves a raise!“

“This was the best IHOP I have ever been to. All of the Employees were polite and you could tell that they wanted to be at work and seemed to enjoy doing their job. Brandy was our waitress and did an excellent job, she was a roll model employee in all aspects of the operations she was involved with. Thanks for a Great dining experience.“
