“We visited Waffle House on Dacula Rd in Dacula on Christmas Day 12/25/2023. Our food was delicious and the server, Alieaster, did a great job. The juke box music was too loud so I sent a complaint directly to Waffle House website online. I was so impressed they called back and told me the jukebox had been turned down and hoped we would return. We went back 1/1/2024. The food was delicious & our server, Janet did a great job and yes, the juke box was turned down to the appropriate volume. I played all my favorite country music songs by George Strait!!! We had a lovely time. I want you to know they have increased the staff and they are all so friendly and ready to serve you. The place was spotless. I am so impressed how things have turned around for the best at this Waffle House location. We had stop going for a while to this location and we were so pleased when a friend told us we could go back now. They had hired all new staff...it's true. Great food & great service & the music volume just right on the jukebox.“
“When entering the restaurant it was very clean, and they had light music playing which was a good mood setter. Once we got sat at the table we waited a few minutes and they came and got our drink orders. After bringing the drinks they took our order. The food came out and was good. It was the lack of attention to the empty drink cups sitting at the end of the table during many employees passing by. Eventually the waitress came and refilled them. They sat empty for a good 5-8 min.. They were not terribly busy. That is all I would have to say they needed to work on“
“We loved our server Kedre! She was so nice and very attentive. We tried the Piedmont Omelette, Bacon Egg & Cheese Sandwich, Belgium Waffle and French Toast. Food was good, but not great, warm but not hot. Mid, if you will.Again, shout out to our server, she was the best.“
“First time visiting and we had an excellent experience. Friendly, helpful and attentive server. Enjoyed both our meal choices a lot. Thought it was good value for the money.Fresh salad components, very nice chicken sandwich on lovely roll, and an overloaded Oy Vey! Burger was delicious. I added jalapeños to the burger and it was just perfectly cooked and assembled.We look forward to returning for brunch some time soon.“

“Ate here 2 days in a row and truly enjoyed the food but the customer service was phenomenal! Had "A southern thang" with grits and home fries one day and banana foster stuffed French toast and grits today! Oh and the cherry lemonade is on point!!! Highly recommend checking them out! “The food is always good. I love the potato salad and just tried the coleslaw which was also fabulous. Staff always greets with smiling faces. Highly recommended.Parking: May not be parking out front, but plenty of free parking in the area. Especially in the square area.“

“I decided to treat myself to breakfast after the gym on New Year's Day. I stopped by and I was one of two parties in the restaurant. I was greeted by the hostess who allowed me to choose anywhere I wanted to sit. I opted to sit by the window so I could see natural light. I love that the ambiance of the restaurant is very warm and welcoming. I was provided with a menu and she told me my server would be with me shortly. My server brought out some hot coffee and was able to provide me with food suggestions upon me asking. I went with her suggestion of the Farmhouse scramble. I chose toast and jam as my side. Within a few minutes, my order was ready and delivered to me. It was very enjoyable and it was a large portion. I was able to take some home and I even decided to order an omelet to take home with me. The omelet was also a good choice. I usually order for pick up but I would definitely come done in more often because I received great service.“
“We went there today at about 330pm. The service was top notch and the guy in the grill was AWESOME!! He made me the best loaded hash browns I've had at Waffle House in 30 years!! Everything was WONDERFUL and I wish I could have afforded to tip them more! Nothing bad to say! We will definitely be back!!Kid-friendliness: My kids are everything on their plates! “It's a Waffle House - clean, nice staff and the food quality one would expect from WH. But, this location will not take an order by phone for p/u when it's ready. You have to go there, order and wait. It's more of a minor inconvenience (w/o an obvious reason) than anything else, though.“
“I stopped at this location on Christmas Eve.. Knowing it was a holiday and most restaurants are closed, I wasn't sure what kind of service to expect or how busy they might be. As to my surprise everything went perfectly. I got myself a BLT with cheese on Texas toast and some good ole hashbrowns scattered, smothered, and covered!! “This is my favorite Waffle House location.They are always friendly and the food is delicious.But the experience I had last Friday was special.I was visiting with my son and eating a meal around 3pm. I was in a very depressed mood because I had an upsetting incident with someone else earlier in the day. Suddenly the person who was making the food in the kitchen left a plate of food on my table in a to-go box. I looked at him and said, "This is not ours." He said with a very kind smile, "This is on the house." My son whispered to me. "Mom, he saw you crying." I was very moved. Even if it was just a plate of food, it was worth more than that to me.It made me think that this is a world where a wound caused by a person I used to know can be healed by a complete stranger. To the person who was making the food on January 26, around 3 to 3:30 p.m., I don't know your name, but I want to say thank you very much. I really appreciate it.“

“Great service our waitress was great the cook was excellent everything was brought as we asked for we even asked for it to be cooked a special way and it was we could not ask for any better waitress are cook it's a great place to go they cook the eggs for our children just like we wanted and the toast just like we asked them to for our children who are two and three years old I don't live in that area but next time we're up there we will surely stop by to eat with them againParking: Nice place we parked in front no problems..Kid-friendliness: Great place the waitress was very friendly with our children she made them feel right at home they sit there watching their telephone and then they ate their eggs and ate their toast to drink their drink my daughter accidentally spilled hers we cleaned it up and the waitress brought her another one with no questions ask . we did not have to keep calling her for anything my kids didn't want to leave because they were so happy there .“
“I love that this is one of the few locations that are 24 hours again. I usually go in late night or early morning. As expected, there is not usually a lot of staff during those hours, but they are usually pretty quick considering. The staff is friendly, and my food is always made well and tasty.“
“Well the waitress took our order I just got a waffle and daughter got Hashbrowns with pickles and husband got the grilled ham and cheese plate with hashbrowns. She got mi e and my daughter's out and the other people's food out that was sitting behind us out but she didn't call my husband's order out so I had to tell the cook myself. So she finally brought his food out, so I asked her if he could get his for free she said that the whole tab will be free. My husband told her we would pay for mine and out daughter's food and drink she said no.“
