***Please Read Entire Review *****We were seated for 45 minutes after ordering, no food. Got both the drinks wrong. Could not get anyone to help us. Stopped servers multiple times to ask about our order, NO ONE evercame back to check on us or the orders. We never got our food. Saw a good portion of the staff outside, smoking cigarettes NOT WORKING.THIS WAS AT NOON. No manager anywhere to be found. We walked out. I love this IHOP location. The food is always perfect and the entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I have one critique. For some reason, the music played in the dining area is RIDICULOUSLY loud and obnoxious. It's like a scene from, "A night at the Roxbury" trying to have a conversation across the table, shouting over 80's jams.

Have gone multiple times and have had different experiences each time. During busy weekends the dining room is fairly full while food and service are great. Unfortunately in the evening it seems that staff is a little less attentive to customers - takes a while to order, get refills on drinks, or to return after the meal has been served.
