“After an unfortunate incident with a delivery tonight (the 3rd party delivery driver’s fault,) I can confidently say I received extraordinary customer care. From the moment I contacted the restaurant, everyone was incredibly kind and very professional. The staff informed me of everything that happened, took responsibility for the situation even though they did not have to, laughed with me at the insanity of it all, and the manager on duty went above and beyond to make sure mine and my boyfriend’s night ended on a high note. Thank you all so much for your help, your generosity, and our delicious meals!“

“the wings and pretzels and nachos were very good and the server was great.... once we were waited on. we were seated immediately 25 minutes before the end of happy hour. and despite multiple servers walking by we weren't approached until about 5 minutes after happy hour ended. then the service was great.“

When I tell you this is now the only location I go because the staff isn’t just there to work, they are wanting to make sure guests are happy. I now feel safe going through the drive or ordering in the app. I send my husband now and it’s always hot, fresh, and made correctly. They had a hassle of customers all around and still managed to show care to all of us during that mess. They let us know they were short staffed but we still got the food fresh and quickly and they even brought it to our table!“
