“After an unfortunate incident with a delivery tonight (the 3rd party delivery driver’s fault,) I can confidently say I received extraordinary customer care. From the moment I contacted the restaurant, everyone was incredibly kind and very professional. The staff informed me of everything that happened, took responsibility for the situation even though they did not have to, laughed with me at the insanity of it all, and the manager on duty went above and beyond to make sure mine and my boyfriend’s night ended on a high note. “I am in town on business and visited this establishment. Everyone at the store was very kind and courteous. The young man who brought me my food noticed me checking to see what was on the sandwich and asked if there was anything wrong. Absolutely nothing was wrong, I was just examining since it was the first time I had ordered. The fact that he noticed and took the time to ask really impressed me. “I don’t normally write reviews but the service here by the 2 young men this morning to my family was phenomenal. They had a hassle of customers all around and still managed to show care to all of us during that mess. They let us know they were short staffed but we still got the food fresh and quickly and they even brought it to our table!“

“My sister and I love going to Ruby Tuesday's in Winder, GA. Their food is excellent and Desiree always waits on us and she is the best. She is very attentive and makes sure our visit is great. They have the best spinach dip around and everything we have ordered has been excellent.“

“I needed a last-minute birthday cake and was so happy to find they had a great variety already available in the freezer—like Oreo and Reese’s Cup—so I didn’t even have to call ahead. They also did an excellent job with the writing on the cake! The best part of all was the taste, it was just like I remembered from when I was a kid, but even better with the Oreo Blizzard twist. “So my first impression of this WNB was on the misunderstanding side, after I placed a call in order and went to pick it up. However, it was corrected after a few minutes of respectful communication and understanding on both sides. Thanks to the young lady behind the counter for letting me know why the guy was a bit standoffish at first with making the correction needed. I can't stress this enough that all customer's aren't the same regardless of race, color, religion, gender or appearances, there are a few bad apples but there are some very good ones too.
All combos ordered were very hot and cooked to everyones liking, except the crust on the boneless wings were cooked a bit to hard so I didn't enjoy them, also the presentation wasn't good after I asked for the fries to be removed, other than that everything else was fine.“

She was patient, genuinely pleasant, and actually engaged in a way you don’t see often anymore.
