Decided to go through the drive thru & get hamburger, fries, drink & ice cream. Fries & hamburger had been microwaved! Fries were terrible! Ice cream was nothing special! Kinda disappointed, I got the cinnamon toast crunch dipped ice cream. Sorry but we won’t be back! I’m one & done!

Well this DQ in Monroe sucks. I gave it three stars but it really deserve two. You say you appreciate our feedback but I'm not so sure you do. I see a lot of really bad feedback and it doesn't look like it's improved much. Responding to people's feedback makes it look like you really care. But actions speak louder than words and without improvement it's just going to continue going downhill. Wake up and do the right thing.

Prices are reasonable, and while it can get busy, the restaurant is kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible, with ample parking available despite being a bit tight.
