Last night me and my husband wanted ice cream so I ordered on the app around 7:45pm. I arrived at Dairy Queen around 8:05pm. When I went inside there was a gentleman waiting near the counter and another sitting at a table eating. There were 2 ladies at the front counter and 2 gentlemen working the grill. It was mass chaos while I was in there. One young lady was running all around the back in panic, another young lady more worried about cleaning fudge off her extremely long nails and the older lady was walking around mumbling. The older lady yelled through the window area of the grill " I'm about to quit!"(all customers could hear her). One of the men asked what was wrong and her loud reply was that the ice cream machine was not working correctly, it was crowded and her front end girls were falling apart". A few comments were made then one of the front end girls yells "I wish these people would leave and go somewhere else!". I hopped out of my chair and went to leave because I am not going to a restaurant who does not want customers. When I approached the cash register asking for a refund I was told they couldn't do that and I would have to go through the DQ app for the refund. The girl who made the comments hands me my order and says she didn't mean me, she ment those in the drive through. I reminded her we were all customers who contribute to the money that pays her. Guess from now on I will go to Scoops or Brewsters as I am sure they will be more than happy for their customers.

Kick people out at 8 PM even if they are still eating. Do not acknowledge you while they are in the back on their phones nasty looking cleaning cloths sitting by food.

What in the crack/meth nation is going on at this location? Walked in towards the counter where we had to step over 2 brooms where one of the female employees was at the soda machine pretending to clean looked at us as if we had the audacity to not pick up the brooms ourselves. Then she comes to counter and looks over at the kitchen like she was sending telepathic messages to the guy to come help us which obviously the messages wasn’t received so she screamed “helloooo you have a customer”. Guy came out with second hand embarrassment took our order which we also had pick up as well. Girl tells guy “oh they need to pick it up in the drive thru”. Manager or proprietary must of come out and heard what was going on. Hot mess in this place. Food was below average and that’s on us for ordering food at a place known for shakes. Anywho, won’t be going back here.

Got food to go. Sat outside and ate in shade. Beautiful day. Double cheeseburger was good. Best was banana split blizzard. Employees were helpful and quite pkeasant.

I rarely go here but when I do, it takes forever to get thru the drive thru. Went last week and my wife and I ordered two blizzards. 4 people ahead of us. Took nearly 20mins to get to the window. Then the blizzards were almost milkshakes at this point and they got the size wrong as well. I have yet to go here and get thru the drive thru quickly. It's just not worth the time honestly.

Messed up on my order. In order to get our food fixed, I literally had to take our kids food from them, put in in the bag and take it back in order for them to fix their mistakes. Employees need to take a little more pride in customer service. I hate this location.
