The wait staff are very
welcoming . Ben is one of the best servers ever. He makes eye contact and carefully takes an order. He brings extra items without being asked, like napkins. He is so attentive and treats customers so kindly and makes people want to return to IHOP. He obviously likes his job!

Ben was an amazing server here at the Monroe ihop, he was nice and very helpful. I ordered a double cheeseburger with fries and it came out amazing, I always love coming down to this specific ihop cause it’s always so peaceful and not too chaotic on certain days. Thank you Ben for an amazing experience!
quick, yummy, friendly

IHOP offers a welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff, providing a family-friendly dining experience. The restaurant features attentive servers who work hard to ensure customer satisfaction. Although some visits may experience slow service, such as during busy times with few staff members, the commitment to customer care remains strong.
Recent reviews highlight the restaurant's cleanliness and the quality of food, noting that the meals can be both amazing and hit or miss. Guests have reported instances where their orders were accurate and served fresh, enhancing the overall dining experience. While the restaurant may occasionally run low on children's activities like crayons, the servers are attentive, accommodating requests promptly, as seen when one server quickly provided fruit for a young guest. Overall, IHOP continues to be a place where families can enjoy good food and friendly service.
