The first few times I went it was horrible. I let the store know of my experience and they adjusted. When I tell you this is now the only location I go because the staff isn’t just there to work, they are wanting to make sure guests are happy. I now feel safe going through the drive or ordering in the app. I send my husband now and it’s always hot, fresh, and made correctly. Highly recommend if you want to feel like family and get outstanding service!

I typically love Freddy’s. However, today (4/6/23) I went through the drive thru at this location. First of all, the person in the drive-thru was not at all friendly. Secondly, I got to the window and she tried to hand me a custard that was running all down the outside of the cup and got aggravated when I asked her to please clean it up.
