This is fantastic regional favorite. The food is sensational and very popular. A little pricy..BUT IT IS GREAT FOR A SPECIAL TREAT a great treat. I suggest trying befor judging by stars on here..it is a matter of taste choices.

The Varsity in Bethlehem is hands down the best location in the state of Georgia, and I don't say that lightly. It's an outdoor setup, and honestly that just adds to the charm — the whole area is spotless, tables and ordering windows immaculate, which says a lot for a spot that moves this much volume during a lunch rush. The staff keeps the line moving fast without ever feeling rushed or sloppy.
