Wendy's restaurant offers hot and correct food orders, with friendly staff always ready to serve. The drive-thru experience can be entertaining, though the backlight on the menu may make it difficult to read during late hours. Despite this, the restaurant has shown goodwill towards customers by giving a free pumpkin spice shake when there was a misunderstanding with an order. The staff, including Alton, is known for their warm and happy demeanor, making visits enjoyable. However, there have been suggestions for improvements, such as adjusting the outside speaker's sensitivity to enhance communication between customers and employees.
