Now I love Waffle House. Been eating there for over 50 years. Member of Regulars Club. Just had the worst experience ever at store 1134 (Sugarloaf Pkwy). Normally go on W-F but had some extra time this morning. The place was a pig sty! Went to the restroom and walked back out. Puddles of water in the floor. Wet paper towels on the toilet seat. Trashcan overflowing and piling into the floor.

Great except they ran out of milk
My son and I were visiting family in the area and decided to stop by Waffle House particularly this location on Sugarloaf and the service and staff was more than terrific. The cook David made my son order to perfection by making his bacon the texture he like. The server Delyna was joyful and very attentive and made the atmosphere better than any other waffle I attended in the past.
