“Danny’s Donuts is a family owned eatery featuring handmade donuts and breakfast sandwiches, but also offering ice cream, smoothies, and coffee. It is located in a nondescript shopping center near Main Street and Jesse Jewell Parkway. There are five locations in Gainesville (2), Flowery Branch (2), and Buford (1).

We ordered six dozen donuts (glazed, blueberry cake, maple bacon, apple fritters, cinnacrunch) and a Smoked Sausage Breakfast Burrito.

Customer service was solid and my breakfast burrito was ready within an appropriate time frame.

All of the donuts were fresh, fluffy, and tasty. I particularly loved the sweet saltiness of the maple bacon. My husband woofed down the apple fritter before I could even ask to taste it.

The breakfast burrito is simple - meat, cheese, egg, diced potatoes, tortilla. But it is also delicious and filling.

I am in Gainesville periodically for work. I have been told never to visit Gainesville without bringing a box of donuts home. I am also intrigued with their donut and ice cream concoction.“

“We stopped in here today because my kids wanted boba. The woman working behind the counter was the sweetest! She was so helpful and kind. My husband and I got a Java chip blended coffee. My kids said the boba was the best they’ve ever had, and I can say the same about the Java chip smoothie. It had a delicious coffee flavor. We didn’t try the donuts, but they looked fresh. We will definitely be back.“

“My hubby and I love Danny’s and frequently stop by Sunday mornings for breakfast. The donuts are amazing, the breakfast sandwiches are delicious. I’ve had a smoothie, it was a good flavor, but overall a little rich for my taste. The people are very nice and polite. Overall 5/5“
