“Almost every morning I get a Med vanilla iced coffee and a BEC croissant. I was a firm believer in the BEC bagel but I was recommended the croissant and it changed my life lol. When getting the Iced coffee make sure to mention liquid sugar or you’ll get regular sugar for a cold coffee which doesn’t mix well & now you’re slurping sugar through a straw. That isn’t fun! Also the bagel minis are so good too! I just wish they came in a bigger size“
“over the past few months (it's Oct. '23 now)This store has turned for the better. Service has been quick and more accurate than before and the dining room is not a homeless hangout anymore. When homeless men were using the dining room in the morning with some bizzare behavior, I stopped spending ANY money there. Now i will return to dining inside now regularly and using the drive-thru.NOV UPDATE: going to have to just forget this place. Now my food is served to me cold almost every time. Pretty pathetic even by unskilled workers standards.“
“Hands down the best donuts I have ever eaten! I especially love their Maple Bacon Donuts! These donuts are nearly twice the size, fluffy, delicious and leave you feeling the love put into them. I went around 3pm and it was still so fresh and delicious, but the earlier the better for more variety naturally! Everyone who works there is always patient and kind and I will forever support their business, thank you for your hard work and quality donuts!I will never visit Krispy Kreme or Dunkin Donuts again after having these. I went to Drunkin quite recently and the quality isn't there at all, they are much smaller and didn't have Maple Bacon so it was disappointing.“
“I go out of my way to visit this particular DD store. The store closer to me...that I drive by every day on Mundy Mill ....has horrible customer service. I gave them multiple opportunities, just in case the people were having a bad day, but they are not interested in "service." I even gave a bad review here, but no response from their manager or the corporate office. Go figure.So... I will go the extra miles to the Winder Highway store for my coffee fix. Riley takes time to say hello, with a smile!! And if she has time, she will make more time to talk with you and truly show her interest in your day. That is customer sevice! The management at this store should be commended on hiring a person as dedicated as Riley. And I am certain she is not the only valuable, dedicated, nice employee they have at this location. I have had several encounters with Riley at the window, and each time she has been a delight and has brightened my day. Keep up the great job, Riley, and kudos to your manager for seeing your potential. You have a very bright future with the warm, friendly personality you exhibit, so I know you will not be at that window or in that position for very long. But I will see you as long as you are there. “The Buford Highway location is closer to my house, but I drive out of the way to go to this one instead. Everyone here is always kind and fast to acknowledge you and your order at the window. They have NEVER gotten my order wrong. Even if they did, I expect they'd just remake it without issue. The same can't be said for the Buford Highway location, so I highly highly recommend coming here instead. Seriously, excellent service and my order is always perfect. Can't ask for much else! Will continue to be my go-to spot!“
“The donuts are delicious. They are fresh, fluffy and soft. They are not hard or stale like others. The staff is very welcoming and extremely nice. We came from out of town and they treated us like family. This is a definite place to go and eat at. Yes, their frappe is better than Starbucks!“
