I go out of my way to visit this particular DD store. The store closer to me...that I drive by every day on Mundy Mill ....has horrible customer service. I gave them multiple opportunities, just in case the people were having a bad day, but they are not interested in "service." Idk why this location has so many bad reviews. They are still people who have bad days and who make human errors. If you receive the wrong item, or you’re not happy, take it inside and tell them maybe before slandering them on google. All of the girls I’ve encountered at the window or drive thru are so so sweet and helpful. There was maybe one time they’ve gotten my order “wrong” (i.e i got a croissant egg and cheese ONCE, not the english muffin but i still ate it lol)...read full review

This location is great for hot and iced drinks (I usually get French vanilla or matcha) as well as hot food. And while the doughnuts taste great, the service is lacking in this area. And it's not just this location. It seems all Dunkin's stopped training employees to actually use the small wax paper squares to grab each doughnut.
