I've subtracted a star because they were out of the ingredients to make mocha beverages while I was there today. Since I was unable to order anything mocha, I took this opportunity to branch out. I asked the barista her opinion of the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino. She seemed to be confused that I would ask her opinion, and her "Yes, it's good." I am very surprised. My first two requests, one for a decaf, then the Xmas blend, denied. 11:00 am on a Sunday. Then I settle for a pikes place..and its old... Sad. And the two girls working...were about as friendly as a Iran border check

They are a bit busy around 7am but move as quickly as possible. Really awesome employee's who do their best to get your order correct, which it's pretty rare that Starbucks in general gets an order wrong. But this location is great! It's actually one of my favorite locations to visit when I'm on this side of town.
