“I think this location has the best service around this area! I’ve been to 3 other locations all with a 5 mile radius of this location and hand down, this one has the BEST service for sure! Not once did I have a unpleasant experience here and all the employees here are actually greet you, thank you for your visit, and are really NICE (which sadly is a dime a dozen to see now-a-days)!! Thank you!! Keep it up! 👍🏻“

“The donuts are amazing! Their light, airy they're not greasy. Beautiful atmosphere. Amazing customer service. Definitely will be returning and spreading the word. It's hard finding a really good donut place. So we do travel pretty far but it's so worth it!“

“Our family has been coming here for a little while. EVERY TIME we have come here has been an awesome experience. Donuts are fresh, the variety is a lot, and they aren’t overly pricey making it a simple choice for a family of five. The owners are the kindest and are always welcoming to our kids. ☕️ + 🍩 + low 💴 = 😃 Thank you from the Cocitas!“

“I judge donuts not by the fancy toppings or looks, but the actual dough and this place makes light, airy, fluffy yeast donuts and buttery soft cake donuts. Very few places get this right and theirs is truly PERFECT! The selection is limited, but what they have is delicious. Owner was kind to my son and gave him an extra sprinkle donut. Would definitely go back.“

“I went to try this place on my way to work. I'm glad I stopped. It's a cute little coffee and donut shop. The staff was very friendly. I got the blueberry donut and a chai latte. Both tasted SOOO GOOD!! I'll definitely be back to try the bubble tea and ice cream one afternoon. This is a great local spot to try!!!“
“Samantha bakes the most delicious gluten free sweets! I have had Celiac for 3 years and it is such a relief to find tasty GF sweets. The ginger donut holes are amazing! The chocolate chip cookies are fabulous! Anyone with Celiac or gluten intolerance should try ALL of her baked goods!“

“Love the selection and location! Not so much an employee who perhaps was not having the best day but had the rudest attitude. My order was a simple cone and the poor young lady just mumbled and rolled her eyes. I understand we all have our days but that should not reflect on customers.“

“Ordered a few kiddie sized ice creams in the drive thru. Had butter pecan and cookies and cream flavors. Asked the guy if he could put them in a bag for me. He tossed ice cream cup with cap into bag upside down, but I straightened it out. Flavors were good.“

“Always friendly service through the drive-thru. Took my pups the other day and the young man handed them a puppy-cup filled with whipped cream (like Starbucks puppicinso) and they were so excited. I buy their Sweet Pepper Bacon Egg n Cheese on a croissont and it is TO DIE FOR. I mean...SERIOUSLY.“

“This review goes out to the manager who worked here during 2024 (not sure if the manager is still the same).
I picked up several mobile orders and the manager was extremely kind. He did a great job of keeping things positive and was very attentive! Great customer service!!“

“I visited yesterday and a portion of my order was left out. I immediately called, spoke to Noor, and told her when I would return. Today when I returned, she was very courteous and professional. I was given an additional item for having to return. Mistakes are going to be made occasionally because no one is perfect. The way that issues are handled determines whether I continue to visit a business. I will continue to visit this Dunkin’ Donuts.“
