I didn't know this Dunkin existed; I only thought there was that one across the street attached to a gas station but this one is better as it is even closer to my home!Today is National Coffee Day, and Dunkin was advertising free medium iced coffee with any purchase, so I ordered via the app an order of hash browns (the cheapest thing on the menu) and the iced coffee and it automatically loaded the discount onto the app - great job Dunkin app team!The Dunkin is awkwardly located...read full review
Stood at the counter waiting for service for 5 minutes and not one even acknowledged me there. One girl working there was giving a henna tattoo to someone at a table behind me and 2 other employees were just sitting behind the counter joking around. Service levels everywhere in Gwinnett have gone down but this place has to be the worst.

I love coming here in the morning when the nice ladies are there that’s the only reason yall get 3 stars but in the afternoon? NO! They don’t care about the quality of the drinks or service and I literally went to do a walk in order at 7:08 pm to be exact and they had the door locked while he just sat on a chair by the window! Pure laziness!
