Our server was Ellie and the service was prompt and friendly. The dishes were picked up the water glasses were refilled and we had a nice conversation on our trips to Europe. “They are less expensive than others, have friendly staff, and love the drinks! I literally live off of these drinks and have them daily. I usually go to one in Jefferson but this one is $1 less (yes, only a dollar, but I do drink these daily, so $30 a month back in my wallet. That’s more than my gym membership!) A kitchen sink tea is only $12 here. But staff was amazing too helping me pick out a new drink since these places have different menus.“

“Pizza and sandwiches were great. Had 6 of us there and we left with our bellies full! I personally had the Papa's Beef Sandwich. It's a great twist on the original beef out of Chitown. They bake it with Cheese.(the owner's grandmother made them that way) or so we were told. It was big and definitely beef from the north. The bread was oustanding as well. The offer sweet peppers and even have the hot giardineara that you simply cannot find here in GA. Great service and a nice clean place with sports on about 10 tvs. Authentic Chicago and a cozy place to dine at.“

“The food is usually very good but our meal has way too much salt on them. The reason for the poor rating is that they included a 20% tip in the total. Not realizing this, I also left a separate 20% tip and so our waitress, who wasn’t very pleasant got a $64 tip. Very sneaky shogun. Fool me once and we will not be going back, which is a shame since we’ve been eating there for many years.

Update: My family and I went back as my youngest son wanted it for his birthday. There was a note on the menu that a tip was auto added for parties of 5+ and we are a party of 5. I did not see it during our last visit and so I’d like to humbly apologize for my mistake.“

“We love this place! The menu is thoughtful and purposefully keeps the calorie count limited while not sacrificing flavor. There are also seasonal dishes. Highly recommend the filet, lamb loin and brussel sprouts. The desserts are also delicious (served in a shot glass so you can try more than one!). “We were in town visiting friends and got a gluten free pizza from here and would 100% recommend! My son has celiac disease and when I called ahead of time to ask how the pizza was prepared the woman on the phone was very helpful. They cannot guarantee no cross contamination but explained they would make it in the back separate from where other pizzas are prepared using ingredients that are separate from the ones they use on their main line. It’s cooked in a separate metal pan, glove change/washed hands, etc. She verified the toppings we wanted were all gluten free. I felt comfortable with these precautions and the pizza was delicious. Bbq Chicken Pizza w/o onions and cilantro. 💕“

The food was excellent and the serve even better. Another note - we were offered the tres leches. The server told us it was the best tres leches she had ever had. Being of Cuban descent, I told that I have had a lot of tres leches in my life. She assured me I would approve? Approve? There isn't a tres leches in Miami that can beat this one. We hit some high places and others on our Sunday Brunch research, this is one of the better places we visit. We have been to a couple locations with great to greater results every time. This location is near the Mall of Georgia, pretty close in real terms. The DO have reservations, so it makes it a pleasure to go, to be seated quickly and have good service, a full bar and a competent kitchen staff.. This time our waitress was Kashmir and she was the best. We also had a Chance to talk to the AG (Assistant Goddess) Pam, she remembered us from our past visit-months ago, and was both cordial and helpful. We DO NOT forget good staff. The food was all on point, my Avocado Eggs Benedict was terrific with a good amount of Cheesy Hollandaise sauce and perfect poached eggs. Deanne's omelette was terrific, so was her pancake --she said. Bill's Crab-Cake Eggs Benedict was just right. The coffee's were great, and the brunch cocktails were some of the best we encounter on our weekly brunch-hunt.. Kudos to you and your staff, Snooze.....“

“Save your money….. conveyor belt oven on pre-made crust, flash frozen sausage like dominos. We were so hoping to have another option for a real NY style pizza. The place is real nice and the staff were all attentive. While eating our pie, the wife and I were discussing the appearance and taste when one of the managers visited the table. It was our first visit and I complemented them on the staff and atmosphere. While chatting, I asked about their ovens. I mentioned that I had been in the pizza business in the past and I recognized that the crust had not been cooked on a hot stone/pizza oven. The manager said yea we use the conveyor chain ovens to keep up with the volume. We then discussed the sausage that was revealed to be flash frozen. Upon further observance and looking at other pies coming out, it appeared that the crust may be pre made as well. We notice no bubbles or irregularities the are usually found while doing hand tossed. Conclusion. Atmosphere and staff are great, but the pies? If you want an inexpensive pie with frozen inexpensive ingredients settle for the dominos pizza and save yourself a good bit of money.“
