My wife took me to Consuelo with the promise of the best guacamole she had ever eaten. She was absolutely correct. The restaurant has very comfortable vibe. Our waiter, Santiago was extremely polite, professional and knew the menu like the back of his hand. One of the best Mexican restaurants I've been to. Incredible service, atmosphere, decor, and food!! You can tell it's completely homemade food and made from family recipes. I'll definitely be back!!!

The experience and food were outstanding. Natalia took great care of our table with great suggestions and amicable attitude. The ceviche and queso fundido were great appetizers and my Plato de Pepe was full of flavor, loved it. Although I will say, I regret not getting the Molcajete, looked amazing.
