If you have never eaten at a Hot Pot. I recommend it wholeheartedly. I went to one on Saturday, Chuan Yu Hot Pot. I was greeted, seated, and my order was taken by the chef/owner Lee. Since it was my time, he made a suggestion. This is after finishing our food. My friends and I absolutely loved our time and enjoyed our dinner. Our server was really friendly. This was a lovely place to grab hotpot. Thank you, Chuan Yu!
Great experience for me as it took what I thought I knew about Asian cuisine to a new level. Awesome food and great service. Staff very accommodating to me. I didn’t understand the ordering process. Excellent food!!
