Panda Express is a popular restaurant with a mixed reputation. While some customers report a clean, efficient, and friendly experience, others have encountered issues with order accuracy and a perceived focus on drive-through and delivery services over in-person dining. The quality and portion sizes can also vary across locations. Many customers appreciate the reasonable pricing and fresh food, especially noting that their egg rolls are amazing when ordered through the app. Some locations serve seasoned mixed greens to perfection, and the food quality at certain spots can be excellent. However, other customers find the food to be meh and mediocre, often not as fresh, hot, or flavorful as expected, making it feel somewhat sad. Despite these inconsistencies, the restaurant remains a popular choice, though some recommend visiting specific locations for better quality.
