There has not been a time where I did not receive exemplary customer service from this location. The staff is amazing. They have been very accommodating, I am currently on crutches and have to use their drive thru daily. My smoothie is always ready and I am always greeted so pleasantly. Shout out to Gray/Grey (not sure of the spelling), she is super sweet and kind. I had a "Get well soon, from the TropTeam" message on my smoothie today, I almost cried. Good service, clean spot, but they don’t include the straws in the bag which feels like a strange thing to do when every other tropical smoothie I’ve been to includes them. I had to turn around and pick them up.
