I have celiac disease and I kept repeating myself and he just rolled his eyes. I better not have a flare up from cross contamination. Other than that without that dude in the picture, the experience would have been great.“

The value meal was very impressive for the price and the amount of of food we received. The employees were very nice and the restaurant was very busy.“

“On Father’s Day, I stopped by Zaxbys and ordered a Zax Pack, but I was unsure about which sauces to choose, a young lady named Akirah (I hope I have spelled her name correctly) kindly helped me with great recommendations that went well with my meal. “Hard to give an unfavorable review at a Chik-fil-A location, but… I am a frequent customer on Saturday mornings. Numerous times I am one of the first customers inside, only to find out that the coffee is not ready, really? Today, I was told again, coffee would be five minutes. Then after the next five customers after me, received their food, including coffee, I went to the front counter to check on my food order. After apologizing, the food arrived, the sandwich was wrong, and I received two cups of coffee, a bonus :). Excuse given, “sorry, we had a rough opening today.” Sadly that is a weak excuse. Please do better with managing the opening. I will change my Saturday morning routine for awhile, maybe one less customer will make the opening easier. Quite frustrated with this location for now.“

“I don't usually write reviews for restaurants, but my experience today was absolutely wonderful. Danica at the front of house/drive thru was so kindhearted, patient, and bubbly. But not only that, she knew exactly what to do to fix a small problem and made sure we had everything we needed in a timely manner. I know that I would've been wonderful friends with her if I knew her outside of Zaxbys! That's the kind of people that make me enjoy an occasional fast food outing! Ps. “Manager Mandy and her staff really came through for us, excellent customer service!! We had an issue with another vendor in trying to contract for pregame meals for a middle school athletic team, and when I explained our situation Mandy worked with me to contract the same price points and choices that our previous vendor tried to take away. Her responsiveness and honesty in communicating what she could vs could not offer were refreshing. Not only did she help accommodate our needs very quickly, she took it upon herself to oversee our first order to ensure we were satisfied. Jersey Mike’s will be my first pick going forward!“

“Food is always good just never order online just go inside because you’ll never get your Togo food before the people in the restaurant are served and line is cleared. Togo and online orders are not a priority here. Add at least 15mins to the pickup time they give you or just go inside and wait in line you’ll be served faster.“

“I live in Winder but go to Buford often. Between the Buford location, this location and the Winder location, this location always is the best. My Chicken Cantina Crunch was full of toppings, lotsa sauce and plenty of cheese on the outside. It was literally perfection in a crunchy shell. I did try the Chicken Ranch Avocado stacker and they need to go back to the drawing board on that one. Basically a floppy tortilla filled with minimal toppings. Definitely fell short compared to the Cantina taco. I don't fault the employees making it because I'm sure that's just how it comes but it seemed like a bunch of tortilla and not much else, I will not reorder that menu item. Honestly, the only thing I've ordered in a long time that I didn't like. LOVING the new mini taco salad!!!! Perfect size to add-on to your entree.“
