Had a really great experience at Whataburger. The food was fresh, hot, and made exactly how I ordered it. The burger was juicy, the fries were crispy, and you can tell they take pride in quality and consistency. The staff was friendly and moved quickly even during a busy time, which made the whole visit smooth and enjoyable. The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere.
Overall, Whataburger continues to be a solid choice when you want a reliable, satisfying meal with great customer service. I’ll definitely be back. 👍“

“Ate dinner at the Dairy Queen in Buford Ga. Yesterday 4/15/26 and the food was delicious hot and freshly cooked. We ordered the cheeseburger value meal that included a cheeseburger, fries, drink and a choice of toppings sundae ice cream. The value meal was very impressive for the price and the amount of of food we received. The employees were very nice and the restaurant was very busy.“

“Ms. Dee and Ms. Patty make this place. I love walking in and seeing them. Both welcomes customers, and they know us by name, and that's just the beginning of their GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are the reason I will drive to this location instead of to the one a couple of miles from my house.
Now for the food. I love the breakfast and lunch options. I was upset when they took the jalapeno biscuit off the menu but the regular biscuit is good too.
I love trying their specials like the Monterey burger, and mushroom Swiss burger. My husband loves their prickly pear tea.“

“10/10 services , added this spot to my routine before my workout and I highly recommend it! “This is the first time my sandwich has been this hot and tasty from Chick-fil-A. I’ve went to other places but this one was the best so far. The drive through is confusing if you come in through a different entrance but other than that I loved it. (No pictures because we ate it immediately🤣)“

“Manager Mandy and her staff really came through for us, excellent customer service!! We had an issue with another vendor in trying to contract for pregame meals for a middle school athletic team, and when I explained our situation Mandy worked with me to contract the same price points and choices that our previous vendor tried to take away. Her responsiveness and honesty in communicating what she could vs could not offer were refreshing. Not only did she help accommodate our needs very quickly, she took it upon herself to oversee our first order to ensure we were satisfied. Jersey Mike’s will be my first pick going forward!“

“Hard to give an unfavorable review at a Chik-fil-A location, but… I am a frequent customer on Saturday mornings. Numerous times I am one of the first customers inside, only to find out that the coffee is not ready, really? Today, I was told again, coffee would be five minutes. Then after the next five customers after me, received their food, including coffee, I went to the front counter to check on my food order. After apologizing, the food arrived, the sandwich was wrong, and I received two cups of coffee, a bonus :). Excuse given, “sorry, we had a rough opening today.” Sadly that is a weak excuse. Please do better with managing the opening. I will change my Saturday morning routine for awhile, maybe one less customer will make the opening easier. Quite frustrated with this location for now.“

“A couple years ago when Taco Bell opened this location. Service was not good so we stopped dining here. We recently decided to give them 1 more try. Leslie was the one who made us return again and again. She is confident and takes care of her customers. A couple of days ago, we dined in and Leslie was there to assist us. Our food was excellent, thanks to Marcus and there was another employee by the name of Valencia who also greeted us. This location has such a great team and offers wonderful food!“

“D. R. U. G. S. all the workers were on drugs....3 or 4 females including the manager were strung out on meth during my visit yesterday. (I'm guessing the substance obviously, but my guess seems logical) They threatened to call the police for asking the manager's name! This Buford Ga location has really gone downhill and it's a shame!“

“Use this location to cater 200 subs for my daughter’s birthday party and had an amazing experience from ordering delivery set up and of course great fresh tasting subs! Management and staff were amazing to work with especially with a large birthday party

“Fast friendly service. Called and placed an order for pick up. Drove right over and the food was ready when I got there. Phillip was very congenial and helpful. He checked the order and showed it to me before I left to make sure everything was right. Looked and smelled delicious. Tasted even better when I got home.“

“Usually great. Stays fairly clean; even when busy. And the food is always at a good temperature (in my experience). The one male manager I've experienced who was also there today is always super nice, too.
The only thing I strongly dislike is how most of the time if you order on the app or kiosk and select a table tent or table number (marked in the silver circle plates on the tables) to have the food delivered to your table, they don't want to take it to your table and they don't even call your number out until it's been sitting on the counter getting cold for a while. I was there today and a dad was in the playroom with his child waiting for his food. I saw when they placed it on the counter, but they called his number AFTER it was sitting on the counter for 10 minutes. He couldn't even hear it being called because he was on the other side of a glass wall. Which probably explains why he wanted table service. Not counter service. But I looked in the playroom and noticed his table tent after they called it out and I got his attention to let him know his food was ready. There was also someone else's order sitting on the counter before I even got there and for 18 more minutes afterwards before they called the number out.
My point is, if you request table service, you should receive table service. Otherwise, you're just going to assume they're just taking too long, like the time I stood at the counter for 45 minutes waiting for a to-go order (which rarely happens, but it happens). Don't offer table service if you're not going to comply with the request. Just like when curbside isn't available and it's marked unavailable on the app. Do the same for table service or something. “If you’re looking for clean eats or a place that is gluten friendly then this is the place for you! I’ve recently been diagnosed with a gluten sensitivity so I’ve been looking for places that have gluten free options and this was one of them! The food is amazing! Everything tastes so fresh and the ingredients are clearly marked on the menu. The associates were very friendly and the establishment was very clean and welcoming. The prices are very fair for the portion size. I’ve definitely became a regular at this point. The only thing I would recommend is for the associates to point out the reward program because I’ve missed out on so many potential points.“
