The worst location ever. Constantly messes up orders. We just ordered a big zax snack and it only had 2 tiny chicken fingers. Last week they did not include the sauce that they charged extra for. Avoid at all costs. Go next door to Wendy's. At least they'll get your order right and you'll save $$$ too.
This the worst location ever!! The kitchen can't get an order correct! It's a running joke with work on what they will screw up. Ordered a grilled chicken Zaxby salad and the chicken was ice cold. Called the mgr and he said to being it in, had to leave work again to have them correct a mistake. I told him I wanted a refund and he asks for a receipt that my boss had. $7,80 salad they want to make an issue over. Emailed owners before and they won't respond. Will make sure I...read full review
Very poor service, messed up order, twice, over charged, would not refund. Won't be back again!!!
