Best service I’ve ever experienced at any restaurant chain. Highly recommend! Thank y’all so much A++++++
I had to bacon cheese baked potato and spicy chicken nuggets and they have the soda fountain you can get all the soda and Ice that you need I like a lot of ice with my sweet tea! 💯 I've had the spicy chicken sandwich before it's good the fries are good I like this place.
The staff at this location likes to substitute non spicy nuggets when delivering the spicy nuggets would cause a wait in the drive thru.
Unacceptable to make a substitution without approval. Essentially stealing my money.

Wendy's provides good quality food, with some improvements in service noted recently. The staff is now described as friendly, and they often get the orders correct. While there can still be some inconsistencies with orders, the shift lead is efficient in making corrections when needed. Guests have appreciated the fresh food and the friendly atmosphere, especially praising the manager's hospitality. Be prepared for possible shortages of certain items, like French fries or chocolate Frosties, but overall, Wendy's aims to please and has made strides to improve its service.
