My group of 5 had a variety of items but the Royal Rooster chicken sandwich, fried green tomatoes, corned beef, chicken Cuban and firecracker shrimp were amazing! I personally had the Royal Rooster which was seasoned well and had a nice level of spice with the habanero sauce. I will definitely be going back!“

I tend to get carry out because the place can be a little loud and cramped, but that's a byproduct of running a good business with plenty of return customers.The dining room is kept clean, the veggies are always fresh, the portion sizes are generous and the prices are the definition of fair. They have a nice variety of sodas at the fountain, including Jarritos and Cheerwine, as well as great sweet tea.They have a pretty vast menu but from what I've tried over the year, you can't go wrong with any of it. If you're on the fence, the Double Bark Burger or ANYTHING with their fried shrimp are certified home runs.If you're on a lunch break I would consider calling in your order ahead, they cook everything fresh and their level of attention to detail deserves a few more minutes of patience. “I took my girlfriend for dinner on Valentine's day and we both were so impressed. First of all, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! We sat at the bar and were immediately waited on. We ordered drinks and sipped on them while we looked at the impressive menu. I ordered the bone in Delmonico ribeye and my girlfriend had the bison brisket. My steak was cooked to perfection just like I ordered (medium rare) and it melted in my mouth and the brisket was tender and very tasty as well. The staff and the manager made us feel right at home. When I was young getting to sit at the high bar and watch the cooks was something special.Wheelchair accessibility: If I was wheelchairing it, I would turn at the light and again right before the neighborhood. Come from behind the gas station and Burger King. Pull a little past and back in to your spot. Tap on the glass as you take the curb cut and the hostess will come help with the doors. The two low bar sections (2 top & 4 top) are where I would aim to sit. Don’t be afraid to ask, everyone is super sweet but they can’t read minds.“

“I love seeing live music here. I've seen many bands over the last 20 years in Buford. The last 3 bands I have seen there were amazing for the first half of the show. But during the second half the sound from the speakers became super distorted. I don't know if this is an issue with sound system or the sound man. I will say that it is super disappointing. At the Depeche Mode cover band, the guy behind me mentioned the distorted sound first, so I am not the only one who noticed. I am reluctant to return. I hope someone loooks into the issue.“
“Came in while grocery shopping ? ?. We have been talking about not being able to find a good milkshake spot for a while and finally decided to give them a try. The strawberry milkshake was really good. I had the cookies and cream and it was plain Jane. We both had the signature burger ? (I had the single and hubby had the double). The burger was OK. It was bland but the veggies were fresh, especially the onions, it took over the taste of anything else on the burger. The fries were not too salty so that was good but again not much flavor to speak of. It was good for a quick bite. It didn't fill us up too much that we couldn't finish shopping. Would come back for the shake and possibly try a different sandwich.“

“We were fortunate enough to be staying at the Legacy Lodge during their soft opening for their al a carte Friday & Saturday evening fine dining experience and had Jacob as our server. The service was amazing and the chef even came out to greet us to speak about some of his absolutely divine food. All of the servers who came out were so nice and the food was out of this world. The chef truly takes pride in taste and presentation. I can't recommend this restaurant enough.“

Had they not had a small mix up in the order, I would easily have given them a 5 star, but instead give the 4.75 rating. “We had brunch there on Easter Sunday it was very busy. The waiter did not refresh our drinks my friend waited so long we were done by the time he noticed us flagging him down. The coffee was cold by this time. I would go back on a Holiday but I would revisit another day. I believe even though we made reservations and was called the day before to confirm its was just too many people and not enough staff to accommodate us efficiently.“
