“Stopped by after a busy day of shopping. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Our server Taylor did a really good job. No long wait for food to arrive. She was good about checking in with us to make sure we were happy.“

Went back yesterday for the first time, and found that the burger is smaller, with prefab formed patties. While the chips were very good….I was disappointed with the burger based on previous experience. Sad because previously the Carolina was a great burger. Not sure if I will go back after this change.“

“That was the best Turkey I’ve ever had!!!! The smoked turkey breast was the most moist turkey I’ve ever put in my mouth. Even the next day after heating it up in the microwave. I will definitely order again next year! Zero complaints 100% compliments!“

You can truly tell she loves what she does because it reflected in every interaction she had with us. She went above and beyond to make our brunch special while we're here celebrating my son Camden's graduation, and her kindness truly stood out to us. “We are regulars who come here all the time. Our experience has always been great, but lately it hasn’t been all that great. The manager is rude, she’s this lady who has blonde hair with a weird volume. A couple of times, we have witnessed her yelling at her employees and being rude to customers. She seems pretty obnoxious and unprofessional at her job. One time, we went to go pick up our order, and the door was locked. A kind employee let us in, and we heard her yelling at him and asking why he opened the door. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened. She always locks the door when there are still customers going in and out of the restaurant. That’s very unethical. Everything seems rushed because of the manager. The hostesses are kind, the food rocks. But somebody needs to replace this woman with somebody who is more professional.“

“The overall atmosphere and lighting of the buffet was so amazing. Chateau Elan offers local elegance and feels like you are outside of GA, almost. The food was very, very good and the service was great. The only downside was a few flies and I think from a safety standpoint using a plastic spatula on such high heat at the omelet station should be reconsidered. Chemicals may leach in the food, even at small quantities. That said, I would return for this atmosphere and the price was very reasonable.“
