“Food did not look like on website. My dghtr got the beef stew and it was blended together like in a blender. Fries were cold asked for warm ones brought out more and they still weren't hot. Did not ask if needed refills, to go boxes. Definitely was not like the website. I used to be a server so I understand bad days but cold food and not looking like menu. “This was the first time I've eaten at the Winder location. It was clean upon entering the establishment and the staff greeted us as soon as we walked in. We ordered our food, and it came out hot and fresh and was delicious. I would recommend WNB Factory for lunch or dinner. I might go back and eat there today 😅“

“The breakfast biscuits that I had were fresh and very good. I got a Chicken biscuit and a Bacon Egg & Cheese one. The pricing is adequate not overpriced. The coffee is freshly brewed. I got a Vanilla Latte and think it is better than most coffee places I have been. Even the big one with the green and white cups. You can buy a Millhouse Station branded coffee mug that looks like a Yeti mug. After purchase you can bring it back over and over and pay at least 10% less on the purchase each time of whatever coffee type wanted. Note: I wish they would let you have a punch card and after the 5th or 7th coffee purchased you get one for free in that mug. I really loved the atmosphere and felt I could easily carry on a conversation. Also it does hurt that in one corner it feels like a library and in the back it is like a sports bar with the multiple TV screen showing games. I will definitely will be going back for lunch and will likely try dinner as well.“

“We came in a little late on Tuesday for lunch. All 5 of us were seated promptly and had no wait at all at about 12:30 pm. Stephanie took our orders and got us our salads and appetizer. “I have been to this location twice and let me just say this store is so incredibly clean!!! As someone that works in the food industry I can really appreciate workers that make sure the food is correct and hot and both times my food has been steaming!!! The woman who took my order was so sweet and the man behind the counter was so kind too!!“
