“My husband and I had dinner at about 4:30 today at Applebee’s in Commerce. We had the absolute BEST WAITRESS we have ever had, her name was Madison. She was very professional, polite, charming and had knowledge of the menu. She was WONDERFUL! I highly recommend suggest that if you’re in the area go there to eat! We had requested an item and the manager or Kitchen Mgr even came and explained how we could place the order and made suggestions on another item. We ordered her suggestion and it was great! I don’t usually comment on a place but This restaurant needs to be commended on their overall excellence. Thank you Madison and all the staff! A SUPER GREAT PLACE AND STAFF!!!

“Nice small town, mom and pop restaurant with classic American comfort food. The service was fast and friendly and food made to order. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted great. I had the Big Frank Hotdog with a side of okra which was a huge portion and the price was very generous too. Will definitely return if ever in the area again on business or leisure and try other menu items!“

“Food did not look like on website. My dghtr got the beef stew and it was blended together like in a blender. Fries were cold asked for warm ones brought out more and they still weren't hot. Did not ask if needed refills, to go boxes. Definitely was not like the website. I used to be a server so I understand bad days but cold food and not looking like menu. My dghtr and her friend enjoyed their salads - side and chicken“

“So my first impression of this WNB was on the misunderstanding side, after I placed a call in order and went to pick it up. However, it was corrected after a few minutes of respectful communication and understanding on both sides. Thanks to the young lady behind the counter for letting me know why the guy was a bit standoffish at first with making the correction needed. I can't stress this enough that all customer's aren't the same regardless of race, color, religion, gender or appearances, there are a few bad apples but there are some very good ones too.
All combos ordered were very hot and cooked to everyones liking, except the crust on the boneless wings were cooked a bit to hard so I didn't enjoy them, also the presentation wasn't good after I asked for the fries to be removed, other than that everything else was fine.“

“Went on a weekday for a birthday lunch. No wait to be seated. Our server Stephanie R was the absolute best! The Flo's filet is always amazing, the side salad is fresh and tasty. Stephanie heard me mention the birthday, so without asking for anything special, there was an ice cream served to the birthday girl.“

They are struggling with low staff issues right now, so if you aren't working, apply. Help them out!“

“I have been to this location twice and let me just say this store is so incredibly clean!!! As someone that works in the food industry I can really appreciate workers that make sure the food is correct and hot and both times my food has been steaming!!! The woman who took my order was so sweet and the man behind the counter was so kind too!!“
