I had the Big Frank Hotdog with a side of okra which was a huge portion and the price was very generous too. Did not ask if needed refills, to go boxes. Definitely was not like the website. I used to be a server so I understand bad days but cold food and not looking like menu. My dghtr and her friend enjoyed their salads - side and chicken“

“This was the first time I've eaten at the Winder location. It was clean upon entering the establishment and the staff greeted us as soon as we walked in. We ordered our food, and it came out hot and fresh and was delicious. I would recommend WNB Factory for lunch or dinner. I might go back and eat there today 😅“

“Nice restaurant. Been a few times and planning on coming back. Their fries are absolutely amazing. Wings are good. The fried fish is great. The tacos are really good. Unfortunately, every time I have had a burger, I've had three, they are not good. They do a smashburger, but they dont get a crispy crust on them, the edges arent smashed thin like most people do smash burgers. Everything else on the burger is great. I think if they changed to a regular patty, or changed how they cook their smashbugers, they would have a very good burger and I would put them at a 5/5 instead of a 4/5.“

As someone that works in the food industry I can really appreciate workers that make sure the food is correct and hot and both times my food has been steaming!!!
