A couple of times they didn't have product. And a couple of times the food was poor quality. It's hit or miss on the lobby being open. And sometimes they are quite rude. ALWAYS SLOW AS CHRISTMAS.
The person at the window was really nice. I got half a dozen Cajun fillet biscuits and half a dozen sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits. They were quick and friendly. I've been here several times and never had a bad experience. I do recommend.
