it’s so annoying that the delivery orders often switch to doordash so then it makes it harder to cancel an order if needed. i called to cancel my order that was changed to doordash and they told me to cancel on the doordash website. i tried and the website only gave me the option to call papa john’s so i called back again and i said it’s not letting me cancel and the lady on the phone starts talking to someone else in the store, say “this is bullshit” and hangs up.
This Papa John’s location is extremely welcome and well run. It was the best Papa John’s pizza I’ve ever had!!!!
