The grilled shrimp skewers are very tasty. I personally like them with blackened and lemon pepper seasoning. Their food is always fresh, its cooked to order, so I know it hasn't been sitting under a heat lamp for any amount of time! Unlike most fast food.
They are struggling with low staff issues right now, so if you aren't working, apply. Help them out!

I stopped by Captain D’s yesterday and could tell the team was a little short-staffed, but Javon, the young man working up front, did an excellent job.
His customer service was phenomenal, and his thoroughness and attention to detail were better than I’ve seen at any fast-food restaurant in quite some time. He handled a busy situation professionally and absolutely deserves recognition.

Captain D's is known for its wonderful customer service, with employees who are very nice and professional and provide excellent service, even giving extra sauces. The food is consistently cooked to perfection, and vegetarians will find that all sides are vegetarian options. The mac and cheese is a highlight. However, it's not a vegetarian-focused restaurant, and parking is limited. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible with a ramp and tables that can accommodate wheelchairs. One popular meal is the deluxe seafood platter with broccoli and mac & cheese, a giant fish sandwich with fries, fried pickles, sweet tea, and ranch and hot sauce. It will be a place to come back to for the amazing service.
