When we arrived there was a 30-minute wait...which was understandable. However, when we were called, I walked up and our table was given to another couple. Then while walking to our table, a waitress bumped into me really hard and never even said excuse me. Our waitress wasn't very attentive, in fact she spent more time at another table checking on them. This was the worst experience I've had ever at this location, and we visit at least once per week.
The store is great if you are looking for the unusual.The food was okay but not something I would come back for. Took a long time to get the food to the table and had to ask to get a sweet tea refill.

Food was as expected, no complaints with it. The place was filthy though. Employees wiping down tables would just dump everything on the floor instead of taking a little time to collect debris and throw it away. My waitress was told I wanted everything to go. Brings me biscuits and cornbread along with my drink, NOT TO GO. Doesn't bring condiments(applebutter) or plastic wear.
