My wife has a Gluten allergy and they accommodated so well. The Manager Hailey visited our table, and went over everything they could do for her. Haileys professionalism, attention to detail and caring heart made this place an overall great experience. Evan was our waiter and was great. He was super professional and had a great personality. We had a party of five with one showing up an hour late. Jenny and Todd were very accommodating- giving us space to have a drink and some apps until our friend from out of town arrived. Two in the party had the beet salad, my son had a burger, and the remaining plates were chicken and waffles and crab cake Benedict. We also had a charcuterie board and calamari as apps. They helped us pull off a birthday celebration from out of state. Rachel, their event manager was SO VERY HELPFUL and communicated often with me. She went above and beyond to make this a special, and beautiful occasion for our mom's 80th birthday party. I was able to ship decorations, and she had them ready for us. All of our guests raved about the private room and the delicious food. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Aqua Terra Bistro. 5 PLUS STARS
