Topgolf Buford is a great place for families to spend time together playing golf games in a cool environment. The food is good, and the service at the bay is really good. However, guests should be prepared to be nickel-and-dimed, as there is an extra $40 fee to have two bays together and a $6 per person membership charge for first-time visitors, which feels a little shady. The receipt only showed the deposit, and the extra fees were not transparent at booking. While the fees to play are very reasonable, the experience can be underwhelming. One guest was not allowed to bring in a personal water bottle, and due to a long wait, food ordered in the lounge had to be carried to the bay, which felt disorganized. The donut hole promotion was a letdown, requiring multiple reminders to be free. Service can be inattentive, making it difficult to get a glass of water. On a positive note, the manager, Burns, is amazing and provided excellent customer service by resolving a reservation problem, allowing a family of 7 grandchildren to get 2 side by side bays. The service agent/server Matt is also awesome, very attentive, and absolutely amazing.
