Santino was AMAZING! He checked on us multiple times throughout our reservation and made sure we were good on drinks and food. He had great enthusiasm and a good attitude. We have been to this location many times and Santino has been the best bay host we have had!
I've only been here a few times, both for events. The food was great. Service was wonderful. Our group had a lot of fun. I really appreciate the time they took to check on us and make sure that we didn't need anything. Would absolutely recommend this place for events or smaller group outings.

MAKE RESERVATIONS ON WEEKENDS!!!It gets VERY busy at times and might be hard to get a spot in but them being busy is not an issue. Great place !

Service was lousy, took their time with our orders (cold when we got it) then rushed us out for another party. And how can you make a salad into a wrap but you can't make a salad? Does that make sense to anyone? And how do you run out of lemons and lime for people with diet restrictions who order water? I bet if the tea drinkers (or alcoholic beverages) had wanted lemon or lime, they would have gotten it. And why aren't wings served with a side? $12 for 5 boneless wings and no fries or tots, but the dry chicken tenders come with fries for the same price!

Waiting times on weekends are 3-4 hours because of booked up parties.
Team building event, had fajitas rice and beans. Good healthy drinks. Kinda difficult to get those drinks though.Parking: Plenty of handicapped spaces right up front. Glad I had a cane to go up and down the steps.Wheelchair accessibility: Don't know if a wheelchair can get to the second level.

First and for most the manager (big African American) guy was rude from jump. Tyler our server was great and apologized regarding the wait time of our meal. Our appetizer and drinks came out quick but our food was taking forever. We only had 35 minutes left before our time was up so we just canceled our order. Apparently, the manager had an attitude because we declined to take our food Togo. Meanwhile, he was over there with other employees talking ish like it was a problem. Topgolf do better when deciding who should managers because the mess that manager pull wasn’t ok. I have every right to decline service if the food is taking too long.

Hiring process is a complete waste of time. Interview was way too long…three hours to be exact which is ridiculous for a job you aren’t promised. So if you are thinking of applying here and don’t want to waste your time you should look elsewhere.
