“I tried sliders and a shrimp burger. The sliders are so so. Nothing special. However the shrimp burger was really tasty. Full of shrimps and nice balanced ingredients. It was nice with hot source. “My wife and I have eaten here 3 times in the last 6 weeks. We've fallen in love with their sandwiches. I've had their BLT and their chicken salad and have been very pleased. “We have been coming here for years and can definitely say it’s one of the best local spots for brunch! They have a variety of dishes and daily specials that is always a hit! The environment is cute and cozy while the staff are friendly and welcoming. Their signature whipped coffee is a must! They have a delicious churro waffle but this time, I got the special coconut waffle and it was sooooooo amazing, you didn’t even need to put syrup on it. “We went by accident and was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere. Its in a weird location so expectations weren't high. After looking at the menu TRIGGER FISH stood out. Was excited tonight when pork was their braised meat of the day today, meaning they could make the off menu Torta Cubana, a previous menu favorite that was removed when they stopped regularly having pork. My daughter got the burrito ahagado, with chicken. This thing was huge. We started with chips and queso. The house made chips are great, crunchy, just the right amount of greasy, and great with cheese. Highly recommend most of their menu, but wish they would bring back their original chicken fajitas, those were the best. The new chicken fajita is not nearly as good, although still worth ordering.“

“Ordered via door dash last night and our burgers were outstanding! Not sure how they grilled them but it tasted like they were grilled on a charcoal grill. I would like to get another burger today. The grilled shrimp was enjoyed by my aunt. Definitely will be ordering regularly since we want them to stay around. Encourage everyone to try them and hopefully you will agree so we can keep this place open.“

My only complaint is the fact I have to go in to get my food and the patrons always stare like they've never seen someone walk through a restaurant. It may just be the alcohol in them. There has never been a waiter or waitress there to give me my order, I get it myself, so I give them 4 stars.Other than that, we love the food.“

“I’ve heard that this place was good from many people but they didn’t say it was THIS good! Love the decor of the pictures of the world and the laid back vibe. My group of 5 had a variety of items but the Royal Rooster chicken sandwich, fried green tomatoes, corned beef, chicken Cuban and firecracker shrimp were amazing! I personally had the Royal Rooster which was seasoned well and had a nice level of spice with the habanero sauce. I will definitely be going back!“
