“This is a shout out to the best group of servers on planet earth. Today my family was at Fish Tales enjoying lunch when my grandmother suddenly had a medical crisis that at first appeared to be a stroke or cardiac event (ps - she is now fine). The entire restaurant of servers sprung into action - called 911 for us, made her a cold compress, got her some ice, guided the EMTs to us when they arrived, and basically took care of us in every possible way while we dealt with the crisis (with the help of 2 nurses who happened to be dining there too). They were all incredibly on the ball but also not obtrusive, just absolutely wonderful. I can’t imagine any of them were trained for medical emergencies or were expecting to deal with something like this on their shift, but they could not have been more professional, attentive, and caring. We are all so grateful. A truly incredible, impressive team!“

“Heard about this place from their brunch location in Braselton. It did not disappoint! The owner was extremely attentive, personable, and welcoming. For apps, we got the crab cake, escargot (our favorite), spring salad (fantastic dressing), and the salmon pinwheel. For entrees, we got the beef bourg, lamb, scallops, and steak. Great portions and flavor. Our favorite was the dessert! Huge lemon crepe and strawberry crepe. The cocktails were also so good. “I checked out this spot recently and it was actually really good. The dumplings were delicious and definitely filling enough to be a meal on their own. They also gave us some spring rolls for free, which was a cool bonus.
What's nice is that they actually listen if you want to change or tweak the menu item , I asked for less oil in my shrimp fried rice and they made it exactly how I wanted.
Our waiter was also super helpful and kept checking in on us. I’m definitely going back soon just for the steamed soup dumplings.

I’ve been ordering door dash from them for years now and every time I place the order I have to order brown sugar Boba because they do not have taro boba listed on their door dash menu but it is indeed something they carry. It’s usually a whole thing when I have to order because I have to order under brown Boba and put in the note that it’s meant to be Toro and then I have to look up their number and call them to catch them before they make it to let them know that it’s supposed to be Taro. This time when I went to look their number up to call them I clicked on their Google site and they have no phone number listed at All so I had to call the. Johns Creek location to get their phone number and called them right away just to be told that they already made the brown sugar Boba and there was nothing they could do. You could understand how frustrating this was for me Considering this was an $80 order. I asked to speak with the manager and that’s when Rachel got on the phone and handled everything for me. She was super polite, patient and professional.
I have brought this to their attention numerous times that the specific item is still not updated on their DoorDash menu and they have insured me that they would be updating this but every time I order it’s never updated, which is not what I have the issue with that’s why I didn’t mind going through the extra steps to correct the order. The issue I had was being told over the phone that they already made them and there’s nothing they can do. Thankfully they have an amazing person managing the business bc she handled it flawlessly and did mention that she has told the co owner about these concerns in the past with no update so I place no blame on her.
