MilkShake Factory South Forsyth is a popular and crowded new addition to the community. The establishment offers a wide variety of dreamy milkshakes, ranging from traditional to vegan and dairy-free options. Specific favorites include the chocolate with almond, the limited edition strawberry matcha with strawberry whip cream, and the dark chocolate salted caramel bar with a vanilla shake and caramel sauce. The cookies and cream shake is also enjoyed.
The staff is consistently noted as super friendly, helpful, nice, and professional, with exceptional customer service. They provide samples of chocolates and give mix-in recommendations. The store itself has a beautiful display and is very clean and bright. Some find the ambiance a bit noisy and note the lighting is very bright, suggesting more comfortable seating could make it more inviting. Overall, it is a great place to stop for a delicious sweet treat, especially on a warm day.
