It's very chaotic at lunch time. Even when placing a to go order 25 min before, it wasn't ready for another 10-15 min. The online order line was backed up because no one's order was ready. I found it strange they didn't even start the order until I was standing at the counter to pick up. The lady told the prep people that each of us were there and then they began the order.
