Just wanted to leave a review for the sweetest girl, I think her name was lily. It was my first time coming and she was both really patient and kind. She explained to me what things were with no problem and made choosing so much easier💜.

CAVA is a popular restaurant known for its tasty food and good customer service. The staff, including Tee, Aidyn, Ken, and Syniya, are friendly and helpful, providing quick service and good recommendations. Customers like the great atmosphere and high-quality meals. However, some reviews mention that the food can be slow to prepare, especially during busy times, and that the brown rice can sometimes be hard. There are moments when items run out, causing customers to wait in line for 20-30 minutes. Inside, the space is roomy and not crowded, which is appreciated. Customers also note that the staff sometimes forget to wash their hands or wear gloves properly, raising concerns about hygiene. Overall, people enjoy the food and friendly service, but note that wait times and consistency can vary. The restaurant continues to be a place where many come for fresh, healthy meals and a welcoming atmosphere.
