“Victor is amazing!!! There was a gentlemen that ordered so much food , requested to have all side items put in containers , plus he had a couple more additional requests. Victor politely accommodated him by this time I had been waiting 15 minutes . At the very end the gentleman requested cheese , very politely victor explained to the gentleman that the cheese wasn’t at proper temperature just yet and he couldn’t sell it just yet . The gentleman then requested a few other things then asked about the cheese yet and . Victor told him again that he couldn’t sell the cheese just yet . The man so rudely walked away and left Al the food that was just made for him , then walked back inside asking for names like someone had done him wrong. I truly admire Victor because he was so patient and polite the entire time , never got upset he just humbly moved on to take my order . That’s what you call AMAZING customer service!!!!“
“All these negatives reviews are not reflective of this particular restaurant. So what you have to wait a little longer for your food. Maybe because This Arby's consistently maintains a HEATH SCORE of 100/A across the board. Its posted at the drive thru window. Can you prove the Health Score about your favorite restaurant? I'd rather wait a little longer for food from a grade A restaurant, than a restaurant whose employee smiles at me with quick service and a bad Health Score. Maybe this Arby's employees are sick of people complaining about freshly prepared food???? And hence explains the "attitude"?? Or maybe go somewhere else. Jus sayin....“

“This is my favorite location for Firehouse Subs in the area. The owner is very nice and friendly and they always put care into making the sandwiches. The food is fresh and delicious. My favorite sandwich is the Hook and Ladder. The salads are delicious as well.“
