Hard to give an unfavorable review at a Chik-fil-A location, but… I am a frequent customer on Saturday mornings. Numerous times I am one of the first customers inside, only to find out that the coffee is not ready, really?

I asked for a glove change at the register since I have a severe gluten allergy. When my meal arrived at the table the fries were laid across a fried chicken sandwich box. When I asked for a new set of fries the workers rolled their eyes at me. I was given a new set of fries but was handed them with an attitude. 0/10 for customer service!
