Just visited the Grayson location for a third time.... you know what they say, "Third time is a charmer". Happy to report that thanks to Katty Velazquez, service was Exceptional and Consistent! At a time when good employees are hard to find, and then you find Katty, you have to pinch yourself. Been to this location twice and both times the staff has been extremely rude and the food was horrible... The cheese was melted off the meat and on the wrapper and the bun was so soggy it fell apart!!!! I will not return!!!
We came close to closing and the three staff members were all friendly, especially the cashier as she was the one having to deal with our orders at the end of the day. My mom appreciated the very nice service she got there unlike the staff she encountered at the Lawrenceville location that she tried to go to earlier in the day, but their credit card machine wasn't working or something like that so she couldn't order.
