Moonshiners Grayson is a sports bar and hole in the wall tucked away in Grayson. The fried asparagus was good, and a burger and the flatbread pizza were both tasty. However, the hamburger meat was bland and the Red Snapper wasn't good at all. Customers are deeply saddened about the removal of the signature fries, as the replacement fries are not even close. Service can be very slow with not enough wait service. The food is adequate but the place has potential that feels wasted. Outside tables need to be cleaned every time someone leaves, as food from other people sits for about an hour. For nightlife, the DJ was jammin’ and the band played, with a great vibe and a mixed crowd. It is a singles hang out pick up joint with daily locals having a good time at the bar and smoking on the patio. The drinks, the bartender, and service were great for some, but the food is okay, not great.
