“We love the Winder DQ. We went to the buford on at 2295 buford highway it was awful and I asked fir the manager. Apparently it was the owner and he fit nothing. Never came out. The one in winder has always been great. The team their is awesome. We take our kids 1x a month we love it. $7 meals are great“

“I stopped coming to this location over a year ago because the customer service was consistently disappointing. Even when it wasn’t busy, it would take forever to get food, and the staff often came off as unfriendly or just plain rude.
I happened to be in the area today and decided to give it another shot, and I’m really glad I did. TJ at the drive-thru completely changed the experience. She was patient, genuinely pleasant, and actually engaged in a way you don’t see often anymore. She made thoughtful suggestions, not in a pushy way, but in a way that showed she cared about both the customer and representing the store well.
It honestly made a big difference. I hope she gets recognized for that—not just with words, but in a way that actually benefits her. That kind of service is rare and worth acknowledging.“

“Didn't go in, so I can not comment on the atmosphere. The service was great. Don't usually eat out but had coupons for lamb Gyros, so I did a drive-by through the drive-through. It was delicious but very salty, thus the 4 stars on the food.“

We were a little disappointed at our last visit though, some customers that came in behind us had their dog with them that was walking around the restaurant. “I had such a pleasant experience at the Wendy’s in winder yesterday. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the associates name but she was working the window on 11/10 around 11:50 a.m. She was extremely pleasant, professional, & provided the best customer service that I have received in a while. I highly recommend this location & thank Wendy’s for hiring an associate like her.“

“This place is nicer than I expected. They have great customer service for sure and I feel that is so important! I have never ate inside so I can’t really rate the inside. The times when I have walked in for my order, the place looked clean. I used to always get the fish sandwich meal and it was always good. Sometimes I’d get fries and sometimes I’d get the okra as my side and that fried okra definitely hits the spot. There have been a couple of times when it seemed like it was cooked in old grease but those times are rare….but let me tell you.. one day I decides to try their $5.99 lobster roll meal and boy oh boy I have a new fave! I definitely did not think that Captain D’s could make a good lobster roll but it’s definitely tasty!
I recommend it to anyone who likes lobster. The only complaint I have is that the meal doesn’t include a drink and serving of fries they give is minimal.“

He was upfront, in the kitchen, and everywhere else such a pleasant surprise. I never go to Zaxbys but now I will be adding it to my family’s rotation!! “As soon as my Husband walked in, we were greeted-which usually sets the atmosphere when you walk in anywhere. We were acknowledged immediately, even with the drive-thru being busy. The shift manager James Pirkle was there running the front counter and the drive-thru, with a lady in the kitchen dropping food on the line. James had the most genuine disposition, answered all of our questions, and was cheerful, polite, and informative. He explained that my husband's chicken criossan'wich was cook-to-order and would take about 4 minutes. We actually only waited 1 minute because the lady heard our order and dropped the chicken in the fryer. My husband and I travel alot and eat out quite frequently. I have to say, James gave the best service we have had in a very long time- especially in the fast food industry! The service was fast (shout out to the cook! ❤️), the dinning area was clean, and the food was hot & fresh. I had to give a 5-star review.“

Our coupons weren’t working and Jackie took the time to call her manager and get things straightened out for me - as expensive as everything is these days, that helped a lot. “Love this place. The Downside is that the chicken wings keep getting smaller and for the price not worth it. The sauces they offer for the wings are really good and the service is always great and fast. Just wish they would stop buying tiny wings from the suppliers or maybe switch companies.“

“Nicholas was extremely helpful, honest and polite. The Parmesan crusted cheese steak papadilla was phenomenal!!! Definitely get that again. The pizza was decent but the chicken poppers leave a lot to be desired. It was my first time there and I WILL go again and try other menu options. For a first experience I would give 5/5 for customer service. 5/5 got food in a timely manner. 4/5 for the food“
