“We frequent La Gabrielle. Always the food is excellent! Service is always exceptional. Grateful to have this restaurant providing wonderful dining experience for our community!”
“I would recommend this place just for Jenny alone but the food is just as amazing. They are welcoming, food is always hot and Jenny is so sweet. I definitely don't mind spending my hard earned money here any chance I get hungry. We are lucky to have this established in our community.”
“This is a hidden gem! We go everytime we go to Winder. We adore the lunch specials. Very reasonable and perfect portions! Food is prepared when you order and brought out fresh cooked!!”
“Wife and I finally stopped in to Rancho Viejo for dinner tonight. Have been driving past this place and vowing to return, just never did. And it is by no means due to lack of curb appeal, the place is very attractive. THE FOOD: it is in no way an exaggeration that this was the best Mexican food I have had outside of Mexico. The carnitas were delicious. As was the guacamole fresco, the rice, the beans and even the chips and salsa were better than most, if not all other places we've been to eat Mexican. The serving size was more than adequate, in fact it was abundant, as we have 2 whole meals to carryout as leftovers. THE DRINKS: my wife's beer came at the perfect temperature and my Blackberry Mojito was amazing. THE SERVICE: our server was Israel, and he took really good care of us, and to find out he made the drink and the guac....this brother is on point...eloquent, personable and knowledgeable!! Everything was brought out quickly, exactly as ordered and he checked on us several times without being intrusive. THE AMBIANCE: very cozy, great lighting, tasteful art, lots of televisions, and reggaeton playing overhead. Made for a really great first experience.”
“Julie the bartender is absolutely phenomenalShe doesn’t hover over you and is very helpful with her personal suggestions as far as the menu and drinks.Second shout out, also to Julie from Corey!! Don Julio ‘70 is on point!!”
“Love, love, love!!! Their shakes taste amazing & are packed with vitamins, collagen, & other nutrients. There is something for everyone. Customer Service is always on point!!”
“Best burgers around!I’ve only been here a few times, but it always first on my mind when it comes to burgers. They have shorter hours, so it’s not always the best for dinner, but perfect for lunch.I go for a simple double cheeseburger. It’s cooked to perfection, still moist but thoroughly cooked. The bun is simple and lightly toasted which I prefer too. There fries are super tasty shoestring variety and super crispy but not overdone. If you want lettuce, pickles or condiments, there is a salad bar for those toppings near the entrance. It can get busy, so seating always seems like it is going to be an issue but people there are kind and mindful of that and don’t overstay after finishing their meal and there is always a table available. It’s more of a hole in the wall kind of spot, but I like that and it is fitting for Winder. The staff aren’t overly talkative or hospitable, but they are apt at getting things done and keeping the line moving/getting food out/ cleaning. Can’t wait to go again.Parking: Lots of street parking for blocks around.Kid-friendliness: I always see a couple kinds when I come here, there is a small child’s menu tooWheelchair accessibility: No steps getting inside, smooth level walkway.”
“Amazing!! From the moment I walked in I was treated like I was family. I asked for recommendations and the Double Smash Burger was the choice. It tasted so good and don’t say no to the chili on the fries. It’s a lot of food but you don’t want to miss this delicious topping.”
“Tasty, healthy and great service! Owner is so kind and everything fresh. Gluten-free bread option as well. Smoothies were delicious. We will be back when visiting the area.”
“There's not many breakfast places in Winder. But we stumbled across Cafe at the Lobby as we were walking down broad street in downtown Winder Georgia. The menu is very limited. Prices are a bit high for what you get. A side of toast is $2, as you only get 1 piece of bread/toast cut in half. A side of bacon is $3.50, and you only get 2 pieces of bacon. So you have to weigh your options on the amount you get for the prices there and compare it elsewhere. The food and coffee are fresh. The place is clean and the staff is very nice. We'll probably go back, but not often.”
“Very pleasant patio dining for 4 tonight. BK is a friendly, helpful server, and the seafood dishes are creative and tasty. We really enjoyed the fried okra, the bisque, and the apple pie. Try O'Shucks next time!”
“I can't say enough good things about this place! Each visit has been unique and fantastic. Chef Corey is on top of his game here!Google is asking for an update review, and the results are the same! We love this place!.Thursday night "date night" specials are lots of fun!Google asked for another update, and nothing has changed. It's still one of our top favorite restaurants to dine!”
“Since their Jan 2024 renovation, I’ve had Sunday lunch there three times. Each time the food has been wonderful, in a very inviting setting. The Mexican Grilled Chicken Green Salad is so fresh and delicious, with many different colors and textures, topped with wonderfully thin slices of chicken breast, grilled. The Chicken Carbonara is wonderful as well—great comfort food with a rich smoky flavor. Can’t wait until their March 17 Grand Opening and to try their Sunday Brunch menu!”
“We’ve eaten there twice now. Great food, possibly the best pizza around (get the garlic crust!) They were a bit short staffed, but who isn’t these days. Our server was running around like a mad man but still got our orders in and treated us well. Great local place and LOVE the support of military and first responders.”
“Fantastic food and service. Gladly drove out here from Loganville. I know that isn't far but for a single meal and nothing else it's a bit of a drive. This place has great food and the service couldn't be friendlier. I would recommend this to anyone. Update. Still the best place to eat. Drive upwards of 30 minutes just to bring my family here to eat. Current update the quality is still top notch. Also worth noting the beef rib called the "brontosaurus ribs" is worth every penny. Would love to see this as a permanent addition to the menu.”
