“Been eating here since about 2004-2005. I love this place. We no longer live in Winder, but we drive 30 minutes to get there. To me this is the best! My favorite place! ❤️😊“

“Absolutely loved our experience at Toki! The hip, modern atmosphere immediately sets the tone, and the food more than lives up to it. We ordered the shrimp dumplings, sushi, and chicken hibachi—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. On top of that, the service was excellent: attentive, friendly, and timely without feeling rushed. Highly recommend for a great night out and a delicious meal!“

“Umami Tavern – Braselton
Stopped in on a whim and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The menu is huge—six full pages of sushi rolls alone, plus ramen, rice dishes, udon, lo mein, and plenty more. The drink selection is just as impressive, with beer, wine, sake, a variety of teas, and other options.
We only tried three items this visit, but we’ll definitely be back to explore more.
Pimp Daddy Roll:
Shrimp tempura and cream cheese, topped with avocado, spicy imitation crab, eel sauce, and crunch. This roll was made fresh and really delivered—crispy tempura, sweet eel sauce, and great texture throughout. Fantastic.
Crab Rangoon:
Fresh, hot, and a step above your typical Chinese takeout version. The sauce was especially good—more like a sweet chili sauce rather than the usual overly sweet red sauce.
Shrimp Fried Rice:
A solid, well-executed classic. The shrimp were fresh and perfectly cooked, the rice was tender and well-seasoned, and it included fresh vegetables and scallions. Simple and satisfying.
Overall, a great first visit with lots of promise. Looking forward to coming back and trying more of the menu.“

“Fresh sushi 🍣, vegetables are always delish & 5🌟 friendly service! Other than no scallops or mushrooms for hibachi plates, best food in Jefferson!“

“I have eaten here once when we moved to the area and the ramen was very good. Did take out and ordered some fried rice, sushi, and gyoza. The sushi is not that good, in my opinion. I have had way better. But I think the hibachi dishes are where this place shines. Fried rice was very good. Gyoza was a little cold.“

“Ninja Steakhouse in Braselton is one of those rare spots that’s always reliable and always delicious. My wife’s go-to is the steak (sometimes she adds shrimp), and I stick to chicken with double fried rice—they put bacon in the rice, and it’s amazing. We usually double up on the ginger salads because they’re that good. Sushi is a great starter here when we’re in the mood. Service is top-notch, and we’re usually seated within 5–10 minutes even on weekend nights. Can’t recommend it enough!“

“Amazing food and even better prices! My mother found another place that makes a mean Long Island Iced Tea so she chooses to eat here a lot. Everything has been phenomenal. I love the Pad Thai with coconut soup, all the hibachi items, and the sushi was fresh and flavorful-bagel roll for raw and shrimp tempura sushi for cooked. Good smokey flavor in the bagel roll-really yummy. I enjoy the shu mai dumplings and the Chinese dishes have their own unique flavors-I still have a lot of the menu to go thru. Probably going to get tangerine chicken, hot and sour soup, and marinated beef sticks next time😃“
